Huge shout out to Simona!!!!
Simona saved our day :-) we turned up, having booked what we thought was this hotel on the same day. But turned out to be another hotel of the same miles away. Simona managed to accommodate us when there were no other available rooms in the town. THANK YOU SIMONA :-)

酒店距離火車站有一段距離，中間有斜路，推行李箱會比較辛苦。房間頗大，亦有特色，有小木屋的感覺。可惜酒店提供的早餐種類不多。

距離車站不算太近，但又不是太遠，不過要上斜坡後來才知道有接送服務距離車站不算太近，但又不是太遠，不過要上斜坡後來才知道有接送服務，有免費泊車，有免費可口早餐 外型很可愛的木酒店，內裏都溫馨，酒店正在逐間房進行裝修 ，但剛好我分配到是一間未裝修的老房間，所以現在說的不足之處，可能到你入住的時候已經翻新了，就不再是不足
沒有雪櫃，沒有熱水㷛。洗頭水只給每人一小包，但我們入住兩天，根本不夠用 ．嘗試兩天都到樓下希望多給兩小包洗頭水，但都沒有人理睬我，到餐廳找他們，因為店員都要兼顧餐廳的工作，人客多太忙態度不太好，叫我站在這裏等5分鐘，但我根本沒有耐性去等．第二天早上想去拿洗頭水情況依然一樣。最後不能洗頭
早餐不錯，預先設置好餐枱，吃早餐的地方裝修雅致溫暖溫馨 ，可以嘗試瑞士風味火腿還有煎蛋真的很有誠意，早餐我給他滿分
服務員方面有的態度非常好，但有的確很不耐煩，個別人員質素參差
，地理位置很好這理由應該拿到高一點分數，總括來說，我給它3.5至4分。如果你是拿到一間新裝修的房間應該評分會更加高，至於工作人員的態度問題．都是其中一兩個，其他都態度很熱情特別是一個高廋的女子，還怕我們不夠雞蛋說可以再給。總之工作人員的反差都很大，所以我很難給這個酒店下定論

雖然是老酒店、但是重新翻新過的房間以及廁所。如果出行是在grindewald的話很方便。雖然沒有開水壺但是可以和他們要熱水。前台有時候不在但是小城市可以理解。
