We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. Environment: The hotel is suitable for running and walking, and there are fewer entertainment facilities. Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, but the details are not in place. Facilities: relatively complete, but there are still some omissions. Service: OK, call can be quickly responded. 🌸 Insufficient: Check in at around 3 pm, there is a large ashtray and cigarette butts on the balcony that have not been cleaned. There are also disposable underwear that have not been collected. There is no electricity in the electronic scale in the room. The carpet room was not cleaned up. The waiter's business of cleaning the room is not very skilled. The executive bar snacks are sometimes not filled in time. 🌸 Praise: The service front desk reflects the problem and responds very quickly. The hotel is also relatively quiet. The hot springs are unlimited and you can relax. Overall, there is a square not far from eating around.

The first time I came here for a business trip, I checked in very late. I was very lucky. I met the duty manager Xiaodong. I was very patient and gave guidance. Because I took a lot of luggage, I helped to send it to the room and introduced the place where the restaurant hot springs are played. I often traveled abroad for many years. I rarely meet such a professional staff. The service attitude is really great. The room decoration feels new Chinese comfort and warmth. It is really good. I will definitely come next time.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. After coming off the Niutuo exit of the Daguang Expressway, you will be there for a few hundred meters. Go in, tell us to come later, just tell the guard to go to Sister Zhao. After we went in, because we arrived too early, we arrived at 11 o'clock, and we hadn’t checked out of the one-bedroom. Sister Zhao changed us to a parent-child room. When we went in to see, the room was being cleaned, and the aunts did it. Quite carefully, my girlfriend was very satisfied and agreed to move in. Sister Zhao also recommended a place to eat for us. The price is not high and the taste is good. We had enough of the sheep and scorpions we bought and went back to the hotel to eat. The greenery around the hotel is very good, and the surroundings are quite quiet. The hot spring water is also very good, and it is particularly comfortable after washing. The next morning Sister Zhao made breakfast herself, patronizing it, and forgot to take pictures. My girlfriend was quite satisfied with this hot spring, and said that she would like to visit more times before she got home.

Location: Niutuo Hot Spring Peacock City 7.2, it is easy to find according to the navigation. Next to it is the training base of Hebei China Fortune Football Club, which is relatively remote. But it's okay to come here by car. The occupancy rate of the community is very low, and there are basically no other residents in the accommodation for these two days. It is very secluded and can satisfy the need to escape from the big city and enjoy life. Check in: There is a security guard at the gate of the community, check the itinerary code, and ask for the address or ask the landlord to lead. I came soon after calling the landlord, and it was very close to the homestay at the door, which looked more than 100 meters away. After entering the door, the landlord ordered a few words to leave. The overall check-in was very quick. Facilities: The facilities in the room are exactly the same as the photos and videos of the landlord. My photos are not as good as others took. The entertainment facilities include arcade machines, including the King of Fighters, Tekken, etc. In the 8-bit game, there are many childhood games, more than 400 kinds, and I have experienced the plot of my childhood. There are darts on the wall, there is a mahjong machine next to the toilet, there is a big bath in the toilet, the kitchen is equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils, and you can open fire to cook anytime you have ingredients. Refrigerator and microwave oven are all available. There are a lot of beer, beverages and snacks on and next to the refrigerator. The prices are very affordable, and some items are even cheaper than supermarkets. It can be seen that the landlord is not for profit, but for the convenience of the residents. The nearest supermarket in the surrounding area is also about 3.5 kilometers away, and the store is very considerate. Suggestions: I can’t say everything, but I also give some suggestions. First, the mattress is a bit thin and too hard to fall asleep. I stack the two mattresses together. The second is that the TV is facing the bed. It is okay to lie down and watch it. But if you want to eat snacks and drink beer while watching TV, it is very inconvenient. The residue falling on the bed is very difficult to clean up. The third is that the air environment in the suburbs is good, and there are many kinds of weird bugs. Every time you pull the screen window, there are always some surprise beetles falling on your hands, and you are shocked. Summary: A very good accommodation experience, satisfying my desire to escape from the big city during a long vacation, and it deserves to be praised. I also saw a child’s painting on the wall inside the house. He must be a very cute child.

Super super super super satisfied with a trip. There is floor heating in the room, and electric heaters, air conditioners, outdoors minus 21 degrees, indoors warm like spring, soaking in hot springs, no worries about the baby getting cold at all. You can cook by yourself. The store prepared pots and pans, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar. He also prepared a stew pot for us intimately. The hot pot in winter is delicious. There is no need to say about the sanitary conditions. The sanitary corners are handled in place, and the pool is also very clean. In addition, drinks, snacks, beer, instant noodles, playing cards are also prepared in the house, all at a reasonable price, in case of need. I also prepared data lines for various interfaces, and I thought too thoughtfully. I have already recommended it to my friends, and I will come next time.

Overall it's nice, clean, and the room is quite soundproofed. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm on a business trip. Breakfast was ok.

I took my children to the Daxing Wildlife Park. I didn’t want to get up early and booked a hotel. The price/performance ratio is good and the location of the hotel is not bad. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the Daxing Wildlife Park from the hotel. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are only a few minutes’ walk away. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are great. It was pretty good, but the soundproofing of the room door was a bit poor. Guests on the same floor had a quarrel in the middle of the night for unknown reasons, which disturbed the rest, but the hotel was not at fault!

Checked in on April 30, and received a call from the hotel on the morning of the 29th, saying that there was construction in the building, there was noise, afraid of disturbing our rest, let me unsubscribe, I said that I would check out at two in the morning, you can't build at night, right? Said that the hotel is out of water and cannot wash. Because the sputum is a temporary rest, there is no cancellation, the night of the stay, there is no water construction, yes, the room price has increased, thank you for not checking out

The hotel is relatively new....... The experience of check-in is very good.. The facilities are complete.. There is free parking........ The check-in and check-out speed is fast!
