The serviced apartment was underwhelming, for the price and brand, I expected it to live up to other 5 star places, but the room smelt a bit off and the a few of the amenities were partially broken.
Overall it was fine, just expected a bit more from a 5 star establishment

Everything in the hotel is very good, except that on the first day of check-in, there was something wrong with the air conditioning in the living room. It was very hot at 28-29 degrees. It would not be repaired until the next day...

Probably the worst stay experience in the past year. When I checked in at night, the hotel entrance was full of wanderers soliciting customers... There was no WI-FI when I got to the room, and the phone was broken, so I couldn't contact the hotel front desk. After searching for the phone number, I contacted the hotel and was told that it would be fine at 3 a.m., but it turned out that everything was still broken when I woke up the next day. I had some local Guangzhou specialties for breakfast. The shrimp dumpling wrappers were so dry that I couldn’t bite them. The thin seasoning made them bitter. The pineapple buns had no aroma at all. I really don’t recommend staying here...

Smoke smell in three bedrooms apartment and not clean enough, cannot check in at 3pm and we need to wait for 50mins
There is a strong smell of smoke, not clean enough, no dish soap and laundry detergent are provided, the room is not available until 3:50

There is no waste paper in the three rooms. There are only 4 sets of toothbrushes and slippers for 7 people. You have to ask the front desk to replace them. There are no tea bags or coffee, which is not appropriate.
