首先，房間真的是新又乾淨，連角落都一塵不染，看着滿眼綠的窗景，讓人住得特別舒心。而且，房間裏還有洗烘一體機，這在南方真的超實用，讓我隨時都能保持衣物乾爽。
公寓的位置簡直絕了！就在德政中路和文明路的美食街上，廣州的特色美食應有盡有，完全吃不過來。而且，去各個景點也很方便，走幾步就到了。
交通方面更是沒得説，地鐵1號線離公寓不到200米，想去哪裡都超便捷。
還有，必須為那位超級貼心的管家婆婆點贊！她真的超熱情，讓我感覺就像在家一樣温暖。
總之，霏霏s家公寓真的是一家服務温馨備至、房間乾淨、設施新且智能、環境超好的公寓。願越來越好！

霏霏s家公寓真是我近期住過最棒的民宿啦！
首先，這裏乾淨得簡直一塵不染，每個角落都打掃得特別仔細，住着特別舒心。大露台簡直太讚了，晚上可以一邊喝茶一邊欣賞廣州的夜景，白天還能晾晾衣服，真是方便又愜意。
再説説隔音效果吧，簡直太棒了！晚上睡覺一點噪音都沒有，睡得特別安穩，第二天起來精神滿滿。
房東婆婆人也超級好，笑容滿面，特別和藹可親，就像自己的媽媽一樣。每次遇到問題，她都耐心地幫我解答，讓我感覺特別温暖。
位置也超級棒，交通特別方便，附近吃的也特別多。無論是想去逛街還是品嚐美食，都超級方便。
總之，霏霏s家公寓真的是我住過的最滿意的民宿了，強烈推薦給大家！下次來廣州，我還會選擇這裏！👍👍👍

哎呀，我得説説這次住廣州霏霏S家公寓的體驗，真的是棒極了！我打五星，一點兒都不誇張！
首先，我得説説這公寓的乾淨衞生。我這個人有潔癖，可是在這兒，真的挑不出毛病來。細節做得太好了，你看，連一次性美容巾、馬桶墊都準備好了，這得多貼心啊！還有菜板刀具、漂亮的盤子，想吃個水果，立馬就能動手。
再來，就是這兒安靜，我一晚上睡得特別香。房東婆婆人特別好，熱情又和藹，感覺就像在家一樣温暖。
地理位置也是一流的，周邊美食特別多，那些老字號、網紅打卡點都在附近，想吃啥都有。我剛下單沒多久，就接到了霏霏姐的電話，交代得清清楚楚，還附贈了一份攻略，真是太周到了！
房間風格是ins風，特別時尚。而且，你推開窗就能看到一棵大榕樹下的中山圖書館，感覺特別文藝。樓下還有個小門能直接走到圖書館，真是太方便了！
總之，這次住廣州霏霏S家公寓的體驗，我給滿分！下次來廣州，我肯定還選這兒！

看的到風景的房間，可以説是民宿裏的五星級了！乾淨衞生，廣州這種潮濕的地方，沒有蟲子，可見功夫做的多深吧！用紙擦了一下抽煙機的上面，沒有塵土。我住的是立秋，寬敞很大，有一個開放式廚房，島台。窗外就是大榕樹下的中山圖書館，還能看到在讀書的學子。飄來淡淡的香味，高級酒店的味道，好好聞，問了婆婆，原來是用的Zara Home的高級香，種草了，拍了照片要去買同款。很安靜，睡的特別好，拉開窗簾，陽光照在床上，太享受了，特別幸運，，我竟然看到了打在玻璃説五彩斑斕的眩光。再説一下服務吧，霏霏姐提前給我發了攻略，詳細的入住指引，到的比較晚，霏霏姐交待的清清楚楚，自助入住，一路暢通，當然我也是輕聲輕腳，不影響別人。房東婆婆和藹可親，有求必應，看我洗的衣服，婆婆跟我説放心去玩，下雨婆婆會給我收，這個必須點贊。霏霏家的位置太好了，德政中路文明路是廣州老字號一條街，一週都吃不完。北京路溜溜達達邊吃邊逛就到了，周圍的景點我基本都是步行。離地鐵也就三分鐘吧，去哪兒都方便，人生建議，在廣州，別打車，地鐵又快又便宜。如果你想深入瞭解廣州，一定要去獨一無二的的越秀區，霏霏家可是我一條條評論找出來的，強烈推薦給你們。

房間非常温馨～也很乾凈。雖然是一個看起來的舊小區，但是裏面別有洞天。因為道德比較晚，老闆把開門事項安排的很妥當。一家人入住特別方便。老闆給發一份樓下必吃的榜單～省了我們做攻略的時間！一口氣吃一條街。樓下那家乳鴿～好吃到爆炸～一下樓就是美食～公寓去哪裡都特別方便特別近～總之特別好～下次來還會住在這裏。

隔了一段時間，才空出來時間來寫評論。
這是第一次帶人類幼崽出遠門，其實本來想選擇連鎖酒店的，可是作為一個沒怎麼見過蟲子的北方土著，當我看到各類酒店差評裏都寫着有蟑螂，我深深地受到了驚嚇。。最後選擇這一家，真的是我在攜程一家一家看差評看過來的。。
好的地方：確實蠻乾淨的，在廣州這麼潮濕的地方沒有奇怪的蟲子，剛進房間的時候能聞到消毒水的味道，用衞生紙擦了一下洗衣機也很乾凈。樓下美食真的很多，那個煲仔飯全家好評，糖水鋪太多了都不知道該選哪個。地理位置優越，天氣好的情況下步行到北京路也不遠～
不足的地方：老小區4層沒有電梯也是有點崩潰的，一個大箱子，一個包，一輛童車，一個崽，大人差點累趴下。樓下的住户有在家門口供奉香爐，我們這裏沒有見過這種風俗，嚇了一跳。。

房間寬敞乾淨有品味，設施很新，都是小米。地理位置不錯，但房間裏很安靜，窗外是圖書館。樓下很多吃的，房東推薦的小店都很好吃。

民宿位於市中心，周邊走路兩分鐘有地鐵公交出行便利，周邊步行15分鐘內有幾個大型商圈，吃喝玩樂一步到位. 民宿房間網紅小清新風格，還配備洗衣機，出門旅遊還可以隨時洗衣服，民宿外還有一個大露台，女朋友特別喜歡. 老闆娘還特別熱情一直給我發周邊美食攻略. 希望老闆娘在不同地方多開幾家，讓所有人都能體驗這麼好的民宿.
