首先：住過的都會覺得有一股潮濕的黴味，拖鞋也是不乾淨的
其次：衞生方面，保潔總是12:30-14:00打掃衞生，甚至會出現一天都不打掃的情況，我住進來的時候衞生沒收拾乾淨，衞生間還有前住户的剃毛刀emmm一言難盡
前台服務：某些前台還是比較熱情有禮貌的

園區環境不錯，交通很方便，21號線神舟路地鐵站c出口直走100米左右就到園區了。園區裏面有好幾個便利店，7-11和family都有，就在樓下，買點喝的吃的也不用走遠。早上樓下一樓有很多家早餐店，買早餐也是相當便利。客房設施齊全，前台小姐姐服務熱情，有什麼訴求都能第一時間解決，房間衞生乾淨，不錯不錯。

房間很乾凈沒有異味，通風很好，浴巾都是獨立包裝的，很乾凈，免查房退房很快節省了很多時間，很方便，房間都配有各種一次性用品，房間窗户很大光線很好，無線跟電視也很好用，房間裝潢的簡單現代很舒適，網絡真的比其他家好，前台很熱情，停車也方便，最重要的是價格還實惠！不錯不錯，值得推薦。
