this is my second stay in this hotel , they upgrade my room and give me free breakfast. Service is good , location is okay , room is very clean i am plan to go back again later

hotel is very clean and nice environment very comfortable of my stay of 3 night at this hotel . All hotel stay are very friendly and helpful. Front desk manager upgrade my room for free , and they are verykindly will help me when saw me carrying many things and give me a free eco bag to put my stuff . 酒店非常干净，环境很好，我在这家酒店住了3晚，都感觉非常舒适。酒店员工们都非常友好和乐于助人。前台经理免费升级了我的房间，服务非常非常好. 当看到我搬运很多东西时，他们会非常友好地帮助我，并给我一个免费的环保袋来放我的东西。 打扫阿姨也非常友好，把衣服放到篮子想说晚上回酒店了拿去洗，没想到阿姨主动就把我放在洗衣篮的衣服交去洗好了晾干，我晚上回到酒店就能去取我的衣服.这点确实惊喜到我了，非常谢谢这些举动可以让我们在疲累的旅程中的一些感动

l love love always staying at this hotel its my second time in a year spending a month in the hotel and l love it.the front desk is super friendly and have quite good English most of them.very helpful staff if you need help with anything.l would reccomend anyone especially of any race,they are super friendly,breakfast is lovely too.l would just opt that the rooms be cleaned a bit earlier than late in the evening and the bathrooms be scrubbed even after two days at most but its nothing to worry about the bathrooms they always tidy ,lm just a fuss when it comes ro where l take a bath hahaha.they habe a washroom aswell

The carpet was visibly dirty, with obvious stains all over the place.

Clean and nice. Not noisy at all. Not so far from subway station. Many little restaurants around the hotel. Outlet markets are close to the hotel. The breakfast has many choices and delicious. Close to the international airport and east railway station. Because of there is no building front of the hotel you can see surroundings through the windows. Reasonable price for the 4 star hotel. I really liked that when I stick room key card the curtain opened automatically and starts chilling music played. That makes very comfortable.

Very helpful front desk staff. Good facilities in rooms. Filthy, dirty, stained carpet - only criticism. Didn’t have breakfast so no comment on that.

It is close to Baiyun Airport and Sunac. Since I was getting off the plane at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport with my overseas friends, I chose this hotel to stay together. It is a bit far for me to get to this hotel from Hong Kong. It takes 1 hour to get there from Guangzhou East via Didi. 🫣 But the next day I went to Sunac Mall and it was very close! I made arrangements early in the morning to share the same floor with my friend. The hotel made thoughtful arrangements and gave us an extra bed so that the children could sleep together.

The front desk staff, Xiao L, was very considerate. There was a little problem with the room when I checked in, but he actively cooperated to change the room. The waiter on the floor was also very enthusiastic. I would still stay here if I had the chance.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The details are so well done. The facilities and equipment are very new. There is a large platform on the 7th floor, which is very convenient for drying clothes and sunbathing. It happened to be my birthday that day, and the hotel staff also gave us a fruit plate. The service is so thoughtful. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I come to Huadu on business in the future.

It is close to the airport. I booked it accidentally. It is very cost-effective. The room is well heated. I caught a cold the next day and didn't want to get up for breakfast. I informed the front desk. Unexpectedly, Xiao L cooked a bowl of rice noodles and sent it to my room with a robot. I like you.

The hotel has complete facilities, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the taste is very good. There are pre-cooked wontons and noodles. The most worth mentioning is that you don’t have to do it yourself. There are special people to help you cook. Thumbs up for you.
