Facilities: New, well-equipped, and convenient. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Comfortable and inviting. Service: Warm and patient, especially Alice Yang. The hotel's location is very convenient, right by the Pearl River and along Beijing Road. It's perfect for both local snacks and sightseeing. The surrounding environment is also very pleasant; an evening stroll by the river downstairs was incredibly relaxing. I will definitely come back again.

Got an upgraded suite with a Pearl River view. It's near Tianzi Pier. Kylie provided excellent service, and the afternoon tea had a great selection of fruits and pastries. Part of the SLH alliance in Guangzhou.

It's a small boutique hotel suitable for quiet & lovely staycation, with the famous Pearl riverside & local delicacies easily accessible.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and English speaking and if they weren't English we think they would make a really big effort to help us translate the staff very accommodating and able to receive business samples from any address that we were in from all over China and also helped me order online food and takeaway at the lobby. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Highly recommend this stay for business travellers and couples location is next to a busy eating district known as pedestrian street and the breakfast is really good and they help you take away the breakfast if you are in a hurry great stuff really lovely team who make you feel very welcome

Indeed my top fav hotel in Guangzhou, very unique vibes in local community. Excellent river view from the hotel balcony. Plenty authentic restaurant options in proximity.

The location is unbeatable! This is my second stay here, and the front desk staff and manager were incredibly warm and accommodating. They upgraded me to a river view room and even sent afternoon tea to my room, which I really appreciate! I slept wonderfully until morning. Breakfast is on the first floor at Tea House No. 5, and there was so much food I ate until I was stuffed. They even gave me a parting gift at check-out. I'll definitely be back next time! Highly recommend!
