房子很近地鐵，對於我們學生黨來説太友好了，周邊長多美食，過來玩根本不怕沒好吃的，房間裏面的設備齊全，樓層高，空氣好，視野
開闊，再加上房東人很好説，早到了還讓我們，提前放東西進來房間，是我住過最好的一次，^_^超開心！

交通非常便利，地鐵出來幾分鐘就到了，而且很好找。樓下也有很多好吃的，非常方便，大堂有保安值班，環境非常好，房間大而且很乾凈清爽，出差旅遊的疲憊感一下子就消失了，跟酒店相比真有種回家的感覺，很輕鬆！以後帶孩子來長隆還住這裏，離長隆也很近，關鍵是經濟實惠😄

價格優惠，入住也方便，服務很好，很多東西玩，衞生不錯，沒有異味，有什麼問題回覆及時。離景點近，玩了一天，很快回到了，很舒服。

黑店，千萬別住，之前付的600/天多是保利的公寓，後面被騙去住的是奧園的房子，房間又臟又臭根本沒有辦法住人，讓修了一次，修完更臭，完全沒有辦法居住。因此我們要求退房退款，店家不給退錢，後來朋友好説歹説該退三天錢💰，結果衹給退二天錢💰，二點退房又扣一百塊。見過黑店的，沒見過這麼黑的。我們當時訂的房子是11-15號，説給我們的優惠價是500/天，大家可以去看一下房間，保利的才300/天多一點，我們住了二天，應該退1500，結果衹退900。房子臭的呀住不了人，衞生又臟。

可以説是超級喜歡了，房東很細心、耐心，對於我提出的問題都很耐心具體的回答；房子衞生也很不錯，蠻乾淨的，空間也蠻大的，是團建的一個好選擇；房子內的基礎設施很齊全，比如桌遊的類別就蠻多的，很適合一大羣人一起玩；房子周邊吃食很多，還有超市，風景不錯，真心推薦，超級棒，下次出來玩還訂這個！！！房間環境真心不錯！！！
