The young ladies working there are genuinely gentle and patient, especially the one at checkout. She was so pleasant, humble, and polite. I saw her on my first morning after checking in, and again when I checked out. She's great.

clean and comfortable stay for 7days. Good location, easy access to public transport. There is a very cute and human friendly British shorthair cat wandering around the park opposite around 8-9pm every day.

A terrible stay. I asked for a late check-out until 1 PM, and they said I'd have to pay half a day's room rate, claiming it was a rule for Ctrip bookings. The laundry room and gym on the second floor are combined and extremely cramped, with only one treadmill that was out of order. The front desk didn't even comment on it or offer any explanation. The cleaning lady on the floor tried to help, though. And in scorching hot Guangzhou, the gym had no air conditioning.

I almost always stay at Ji Hotel, but this was my worst experience. After checking in in the afternoon, my hands started getting really itchy with small red rashes by 1 AM. The room was also very dry, and the humidifier was broken. I asked the front desk to send one up, but they didn't have any, so I had to switch rooms. The new room had a window that wasn't blocked by a wall, so the ventilation was better. It bothered me that they put me in a corner room when there were clearly better-located rooms available. The mini-fridge was also broken. The hallway was hot and stuffy with no air conditioning. The main issue was with my laundry. I left a note asking for my clothes to be tumble-dried. I dropped them off in the afternoon and went to pick them up the next morning, only to find them still wet in the basket. They hadn't been dried at all, and the clothes had developed a smell. Every other Ji Hotel I've stayed at has always dried and neatly folded my laundry. This was a terrible experience, and I won't be staying here again. Honestly, a budget hotel for around 100 yuan would have been more comfortable. Ji Hotel's quality control is really inconsistent; it's night and day compared to the Ji Hotel I stayed at in Guilin a few days ago. I hope they improve their management.

Came to see a concert. The hotel and its surroundings are nice, and it's close to the subway station.

The hotel is situated in a local residential area and is convenient for getting around by Didi. As we were staying for seven nights, the initial room assigned had limited view options, with small windows facing a residential block. However, the staff provided excellent service and went the extra mile to accommodate our request, successfully arranging a room with full windows on the second day. The lobby provides complimentary coffee, and there is also a robot delivery service for food orders, which adds a modern and convenient touch to the stay. Breakfast is average, while the room comfort and cleanliness are acceptable. There are several local food shops nearby where guests can easily try local dishes. For those who prefer a more local atmosphere, this hotel is a good option, offering a chance to experience everyday neighbourhood life just outside the hotel each morning.

The room itself is pretty good. Once you close the windows, it's very soundproof. The surrounding area is mainly residential, so the environment is nice and quiet. The service attitude was also great, very satisfied overall.

This has to be the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. The room had a strong smell of smoke. The front desk said the hotel was full and they had no policy for such situations, only offering to move me to a cheaper room and refund the difference. How was I supposed to get a refund when I booked at a lower price than the real-time rate? Then they suggested spraying air freshener. It was almost 10 PM when I arrived with my child – were we supposed to sleep inhaling air freshener? The next day, I asked for a late check-out, which they initially denied and wanted an extra charge for, but later agreed to because the smoke smell issue wasn't resolved. I also asked about the complimentary souvenir, and they said they were out of stock and waiting for a restock. In summary, the location is good with plenty of food options nearby, but other than that, the stay was truly disappointing.

This is the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed in, even worse than a budget inn! The windows were filthy, the curtains looked like something out of a rural diner, and the window frames were old and moldy! How can they charge full Ji Hotel prices for this? Anyone who books here is asking for trouble...

Great location, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room facilities are quite new, the service attitude is excellent, and housekeeping is prompt.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and bright, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The facilities were excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended, and my top choice for future trips!
