I can't stand it. The toilet is outside the house and we have to walk through the same door as others. No one can walk past the small house without any privacy at all. The mattress is larger than the bed and slides down when you sit down. Not recommended

獨門獨户的小院，中間一個大廳，左右各一間大床房，衞生間在外面小院中，順着小院樓梯走上二樓是兩個獨立的小露台，可飲茶，十分整潔，庭院養着小魚，晚上也很安靜，傢俱古色古香，智能馬桶，除了洗澡水小些幾乎沒有缺點

文峰小院老闆娘很熱情、細心有責任感。復活節假期我們訂了一天晚上，她提前打電話跟我溝通，發我一份詳細地圖講解怎樣泊車然後怎樣走路去民宿。到達以後帶我們參觀，還送了兩套古鎮景區門票，真的意想不到。民宿裝修非常優雅，內部也非常乾淨。這次住宿經驗非常捧，下次會帶朋友再來。

簡直太驚喜了，在沙灣遇到了這麼有品味的民宿,滿滿的懷舊温度，還有細節，既能感受到老建築的風韻，又有現代小家電的便利，天窗採光很好，雖然是老建築白天也不用開燈，馬桶是自動的，花灑是三個頭的，老闆一定是和特別有生活品味的人，各個細節都想到了，因為本身經常出差也是旅遊愛好者，各種高奢酒店都有體驗，文峯小院卻給我帶來不一樣的温度，沒有套路全是用心。

整體還是不錯，但早上多人經過小巷子聲音傳進屋子，隔音加強應該還不錯
