Guangzhou Tianhe District Hotels

Hotel is connected to Teemall so we were well shieldied from summer heat and subsequent heavy rains due to typhoon Wipha for shopping and meals. Chinese restaurant  serves  good Cantonese cuisine and buffet restaurant  had very generous spreads like oyster with caviar and free flow wines during dinner. Rooms had great views of sunset and even saw rainbow after heavy rains! Hotel was also responsive to requests to make my 81 year-old mother more comfortable and safe like  providing a chair in the shower. Also surprised me with a birthday cake, thank you Sheraton!

My husband and I stayed in this Ji hotel for the second time and we are really happy with it. Our transferring second flight got delayed for eight hours which led to a very late arrival at 2 am. But the staff was very responsible and kind. They phoned us up around 9pm to confirm with our trip and pre-selected a good room for us to stay. The hotel has a good laundry room with six commercial washing machines and dryers. We did some washing. You can even leave a note for the staff who will deliver to your room. We will definitely come back again. Fantastic location, good transport connection and food choices.

The Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe is a truly great hotel. Not only is the location wonderful, but the staff are also incredibly friendly, and the entire property is impeccably clean and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease, as if it were a true home away from home. I would stay here again.

Location near railway station but out of city attractions. Convenience store nearby & a cafe at the ground level. Lobby offers free flow water, coffee 24/7. Love the robot food delivery direct to room.

Excellent location. Check in was seamless and and Ms Rae Liu was very helpful. Housekeeping was also very professional when helping me get back to my room after I locked myself out. She assisted to link me up with the front desk for verification. Busy trip so I didn’t get to try the gym but breakfast has a good spread. I would likely stay there again the next time I’m back in Guangzhou.

Very good location, connected to the shopping mall and train station. Housekeeping made up the room daily and well. The ground floor staff were helpful and friendly. Toiletries were good and well provided. However the check in service staff was pretty disappointing. 1) I don’t understand why a charge has to be made on my card when other hotels simply record the card details - and till date (it’s been 3-4days since I left), it hasn’t be uplifted 2) requested for early check in weeks prior but there was zero attempt to give me any early check in 3) there was zero introduction to the facilities available nor how I should get around the hotel so I have no idea how good the amenities are 4) there was a dying cockroach in the bathroom when I woke up one day, though I note after, there was a letter on the desk citing fumigation etc- shouldn’t the reception let me know during check in? It was a rude shock to see a cockroach in my bathroom at level 23 5) I’m not sure how clean the sheets are, but my skin was itchy lying on the sheets :(

Good spread and high quality food for breakfast, clean room with no cigarette smell, comfortable bed and lovely furnishings on the room. Our room came with lounge access which also provides a nice view of the vicinity and simple but sufficient spread for tea. Our free airport transfer was upgraded by the hotel and that gave us a comfortable ride to the airport.

I like this hotel cause he design is amazing the room is spacious the bathroom specially the closet is automatic the bed is comfy They have cute robot send anything to your room The most favorite this hotel is beside shopping mall and MRT , they have connecting door between your hotel and mall , just walk through and you find MCD, BreadTalk, go to basement and they have supermarket, and so many good and delicious restaurant, go down again they connect to MRT GANGDING (line 3 orange) Exit A (easy to go everywhere), and remember if you go EXIT C you will find electronic mall then find lift to go level 4 you will find most famous dimsum restaurants 点都德

I had Guangzhou trip with my brother. We went for a business. This is our first time in China. The hotel gave us a really impressive memory. The receptionist is nice and helpful. The cleaning aunties are also very nice. They came to clean the room every day. (The room has signs for cleaning, different kind of lights and also curtain controlling buttons). We really like the area, it’s very close to the metro and also has the bus stop in the front as well as very easy to take Didi. You can also easily to get food around the area. There are many kinds of food around the hotel. However, the breakfast is Chinese styles, it’s my a little bit hard for the foreigners to eat and when something gone, they didn’t add more for examples chicken and nuggets but for Chinese food, it might be added. Anyway, overall is very impressive and we’ll go back to this hotel again (maybe no need breakfast 😂) Btw, the room is very cozy with a nice window view. The bed are good, we had a very good sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent just a short walk from the subway, right next to Exit A, and surrounded by convenience stores and local eateries. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for two people. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth. The aunty at the hotel restaurant was especially kind. The food was simple but satisfying. Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay in the city.
