We booked a river view room, and as soon as we opened the curtains, the majestic Canton Tower's ”slender waist” came into view unobstructed. It was a breathtaking experience! Whether watching its graceful beauty during the day or enjoying its dazzling light show at night, it was a true delight. Every photo was a masterpiece! Besides the stunning views, the hotel's service was also top-notch. From the moment we entered the lobby, every staff member greeted us with a smile, more welcoming than any other Atour hotel. Their proactive greetings were truly heartwarming. Check-in was efficient and prompt, and the front desk thoughtfully assigned us a room on a higher floor with a better view. The room was meticulously cleaned and spotlessly tidy. The service was impeccable, and Atour's customer-friendly laundry service was a real plus. The LG washer-dryer meant we didn't have to refill the laundry detergent mid-service! We had a long National Day holiday trip, so we had to change clothes. They came out perfectly clean. It was incredibly convenient for us on the road, and we didn't have to waste time getting home. The hotel also uses Laoshan mineral water, which was a surprise! I loved it! 😘 All in all, it was a near-perfect stay, perfectly combining stunning views with warm service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou.
