位置靠近步行街，離兩江四湖很近，服務員服務態度都很好，每次進出都會熱情問候，到店就給每了每人一杯茶水，酒店兩點才需要退房，去周邊的景點爬山遊玩，沖完涼在前往機場高鐵站剛好。酒店安靜衞生，床品舒適。

找了好久看市中心的停車場，好多都沒有充電樁，選擇伏波山江景的的最大原因就是有充電樁，對電車車主實在是很方便的。剛進入酒店大廳、保安以及客服很有禮貌的説到：‘’你好“，甜心的微笑和禮貌的方向指引服務、前台很熱情的給我介紹酒店的公區，諮詢的問題、客服這邊也很有效率的進行答覆以及對周邊的環境特別的熟悉。在前台辦理入住時、前台的接待很是有禮貌的給以辦理入住、並時不時和客人温馨提醒到早餐用餐時間地點、還告知酒店的自助洗衣房位置。預訂的是酒店的優享大床房、前台給免費升級安排了一間很滿意的房間給我。不僅採光好、房間也很大，整體的入住感受非常nice

房間很大，裝修時尚，乾濕分離，看起來很整潔，雖然靠近街道但是隔音很好，幾乎聽不到窗外的聲音。花灑水大又柔和洗澡特別舒服，大大的穿衣鏡很方便。前台接待熱情，有求必應，酒店自帶免費停車場，兩百不到的價格住在市中心，性價比超高！

酒店位置非常好，前台推薦的附近的一條本地人吃早餐的地方，很多米粉店，隨便一家都很好吃，價格不貴，幹撈粉才五塊錢。酒店到桂林比較有名的景點都很近，象鼻山、日月雙塔、兩江四湖，都是步行可到的距離，還有大型停車場，前台還特別提醒我們不要開車去市中心，還好提醒，市中心停車確實很麻煩。前台服務很好，在房間用小度呼叫前台，要東西很快就送到房間，最後，價格實在美麗！

酒店位置特別好，就在伏波山對面，算是桂林的一個冷門景點吧，人少風景也不錯。酒店還有一個大的免費停車場，前台小姑娘還和我們温馨提示了不要開車去市中心，停車很麻煩，我們沿着灕江邊散步過去也就15分鐘左右吧，桂林的主要景區都集中在市中心了，所以住在這裏很是方便。前台的服務態度很不錯，詳細告訴了我們路線，還推薦了本地的特色油茶店，味道很符合我們的口味，價格也實惠。房間很大很乾凈，要什麼東西前台也送的很及時。這次的入住體驗感很不錯！

在市區，北站叫車過來15分鐘，酒店有免費停車場，門口有共享單車，出行非常便捷。入住較早，前台説我預訂的房間還沒有整理好，就給升級了房型，房間乾淨整潔，入住很舒適，暖氣和熱水都很足，站在窗前可以看見外面的風景，暖氣和熱水都很足。早餐有咖啡 牛奶 豆漿 果汁等飲料，點心 粉粥 蔬菜也一樣不少，現燙的米粉非常好吃。推薦入住！

房間硬件不錯，很近疊彩山，窗外風景不錯，但設施不是很完善，具體見下：
1、房間內無固話，找前台時需用自己手機拔打，房間內無明顯告知前台號碼，我是在房卡套內找到。
2、房間電視機搖控器選擇不了，打電話問前台電視情況和詢問WⅠFI密碼；前台小姐不耐煩告知電視可智能語音操作和WlFl密碼。客户反饋的問題，酒店沒及時安排人員上門瞭解是否己處理好。
3、房間電吹風壞的。
4、酒店大堂與上房間電梯存在高低差（有三級梯級），無設施行李走道。房間左拐右拐，估計是原KTV樓改造住宿，一個人睌上都不敢出房門。

我們到酒店加錢升級到看景的大床房，性價比很高，房間乾淨整潔，不出門就可以看景了，出行方便，雖然在馬路邊，但是不吵，有鬧中取靜的感覺，周邊吃喝玩樂都挺多的，還有大型的停車場
