Excellent place to stay in a central location, close to everything restaurants, salon, market and transportation. Once I stayed here, I don't look for any other place to stay unless it's not available during my travel period. Staffs are also friendly and helpful.

Attentive, professional & helpful staff. Well maintained property. Location is accessible and all amenities are within walking distance. Good kitchen if you wish to cook for yourself or else one can order from their in house kitchen. Overall a good place for a comfortable & relaxing stay. Safe for solo women travellers

As a foreigner on a long business trip, I needed a comfortable place in India where I can nicely stay and feel like home. Luckily, I found this place and I have been staying here for 3 months already that didn’t happen to me before. I couldn’t stay more than 1 month at another service apartments but here I found everything that I needed in India: big clean room, small kitchen with necessary cutlery (I can cook my own dishes), nice bathroom with hot water, polite and decent stuff. Special thanks to Mr. Harish Singh who did his best for my comfort stay. I liked this place so much that I even advised my colleague to stay at this place. So now we are two foreigners occupying nice rooms at this hotel. Also, I would like to tell that the area is very nice and posh, we are very close to IFFCO CHOWK metro station and it takes only 25 mins to get to the airport. It is very silent here inside and outside the hotel that is very important to me as my sleep is not deep. There is a nice Galleria Market 5 mins away where we can spend some time during lunch or in the evening as we sometimes work remote from the hotel. I will recommend to stay at this place to everyone and I will stay here every time I am in India.

My family traveled to India for medical reasons and stayed at one of the Perch apartments. An absolute 5 star experience. No complaints whatsoever. The apartment was clean, and even better than the pictures. It has a very convenient location and there no safety concerns at any point. The staff? What can I say, absolutely lovely ! They helped us with know knowledge and were prompt to offer help when ever we needed assistance with our trip. They made a very difficult situation and lot easier to ***age. It allowed for a soft landing in India. I would highly recommend their services, so look no further !

Very quite and nice place and almost close to metro station. Hotel services are very good, the reception persons are very nice. Stayed almost 7-8 days and never feel any inconveniences from hotel side.

Wonderful stay. Well behaved staff. To mention few khaki the ***ager was available all time. House keeping staf are really good. Food can be improved a bit. Made me feel like home. In addition had a very good cleaning routine. The rooms were kept very clean

I have mixed feelings about this place. I so much wish I could give it higher ratings...sigh. This place has so much potential, yet it falls short on so ***y levels. I will start with PROS : 1. Excellent Location. a Posh neighbourhood, safe area, a run down garden in front, lush greenary. 2.A commercial centre literally 5 steps away that hosts food options, a coffee shop and a gym. 3. Size of Rooms. Big size rooms. 4. Clean. Its relatively clean compared to other apartment suites in gurugram. 5. Staff The security guy is very nice, so are other staff. And now will move to CONS: 1. ***agement : We were skeptical of moving from Hotel room to apartment style rooms. We specifically went to check out the rooms and handpicked two rooms we liked. The guy who showed us the rooms told us rooms are available and we can move next day. So we booked online and talked to a guy named Animesh who is apparently ***ager or something on phone to request one of the rooms we selected. Come to know that room suddenly was not available, so we said ok fine we will take the second room and he AGREED, he CONFIRMED, while asking for more money. We agreed. We checked out of the hotel, reach Perch and we are told even that room is not available, we said we talked to Animesh and he confirmed its blocked for us, and we were told sorry its not, we were given another room at a lower level floor. And then when we tried to call Animesh, guess what... HE DIDNT PICK UP OUR CALL. so when they wanted money, he was in touch with us, but then once he messed up he would not even pick up our call. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT. This really sort of spoiled my mood. 2. Bathrooms : Yes they are clean and all, until you take a shower. There is water everywhere, bathroom gets wet. No barrier to isolate shower area with rest of the bathroom. 3. Toiletries? : we thought we will atleast get complementary toiletries basic such as toothpaste, soap? thats what the description says right? but we didnt. 4. Cleaning team : First day, they were pushy, almost bully like behavior when they wanted to come and clean at their convenient time. Then they backed down once I said no we cannot have cleaning done right now because we were working late night and are sleeping in right now. So then they came back knocking at 4 saying they must clean. 5. Choked up Bathroom drain : we complained twice, did we get to see it fixed? NO. it was horrible how water was everywhere. 6. No tissue paper or face tissue. 7. Microwave : common microwave for one floor, they are not in rooms. And on my floor there was a laundry machine too, but there was only one electrical outlet. So if someone is doing laundry we cannot use microwave vice versa. ***? 8. Breakfast : IS NOT FREE. at least thats what we were told by reception. Its misleading to write free breakfast in their description. 9. Food : is okay, I would rate their food 5/10 10. Staff professionalism : They could use some training. Hotel is in a gated area with car parking. Spacious room with cleanliness to the dot, good food, good ambience, good room service. A park at front and is accessible to nearest stores and metro.................................Good Stay.
