Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

The room's decor rivals that of a luxury five-star hotel; the materials and craftsmanship are excellent, and it was impeccably clean. While the twin beds couldn't be pushed together, the sofa could comfortably accommodate one person, which was a plus. The Round Pavilion and Square Pavilion are only 80 meters apart and share common areas; considering the room rate, booking the Square Pavilion was a great choice. The breakfast was of good quality and very fresh; the egg pancakes, fish soup noodles, and tofu pudding were all made to order and served hot. Traveling after the holiday meant we had the hot springs private, as only two were open. Going in the evening was practically like having the entire place to ourselves. I suggest adding a screen to the entrance of the women's changing room. The butler, Xiao Guo, provided truly excellent service—attentive and professional, thinking of many details, making our stay safe and comfortable. With family and elderly members, and traveling off-peak, it was another perfect vacation experience!

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the Chinese style of the B&B is very design-friendly, and the facilities newly opened last year are also very new. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir.
Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris.
Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

Daisy LeeMy friends and I chose to visit Liyang during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel is relatively new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. However,
Regarding the 'complimentary room upgrade for consecutive stays (subject to availability)': We didn't receive it. They said the twin room we booked was already the best available.
Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.

g minnI stayed here midweek. the experience was excellent overall. From the friendly staff to spotless rooms, everything was more than I expected at this low price point.
The rooms were cozy, clean, and well designed. The staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay and breakfast, although a little limited, was fresh and tasted good. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance.
Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

XiaxiaotiantiantianღCheck-in: Ctrip free room upgrade wasn't provided.
Room cleanliness: Shortly after checking in, I saw small bugs on the bed, so they came to change my room and upgraded me two room types. In reality, there wasn't much difference; they were practically identical. I later saw that the actual area for different room types in the hotel was the same.
Breakfast: Not many options. Compared to most 4-star standards, I'd say there were half as many choices.
Environment: There's a mall opposite, and it's newly renovated, so there's a slight smell.

Traveling with pets, this hotel's pet-friendly policy is very popular with me. From the room environment to the service, there is nothing to say, and it is the consistent standard of Hantian. It is worth mentioning the outdoor environment. The resort is built on a mountain, with a large green space and complete supporting facilities. The Hong Kong-style open-air restaurant tastes great. I didn't have time to check in at the Chinese restaurant because I didn't see any set meals. It is recommended that the restaurant set up more set meals so that everyone can try each restaurant. The only bad thing about the stay experience is that the room sound insulation is average, but since you are staying in a pet-friendly hotel, it is normal to hear dogs barking, and I completely understand.
