The facilities are slightly lacking, the air conditioner is a bit uncooled, the little sister at the front desk directly hugs an electric fan, the service attitude is very good, it is worthy of praise. But we finally asked to change the room, and the overall feeling was still good...

I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits.
Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf – such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub.
Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy.
She even showed us the hotel's ”King of Rooms,” a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time!
The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children.
A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

GGuest UserLet’s talk about the advantages first: the Chinese style of the B&B is very design-friendly, and the facilities newly opened last year are also very new. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir.
Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris.
Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

GGuest UserReally praise the housekeeper Xiao Tao, treat people sincerely and friendly, the service is meticulous, not only do things seriously and responsible, but also know how to think in a different position, take the initiative to pay attention to the details to provide intimate help, know that we have brought an elderly person, upgraded us with a private soup room, patiently communicated and handled the situation properly, The whole process is worry-free and at ease, and it really makes people feel full of warmth. It is a good butler with special excellent intentions! Must praise the butler Xiao Tao! The first time you stay, take the initiative to lead the whole house to visit the whole area. From the guest room area to the public leisure area and dining area, you will be introduced in detail one by one, familiar with the details of the hotel, explain carefully and responsiblely, help clarify the travel ideas, and the service is professional and warm. The hotel environment is good, the private hot spring is great, the room is large, the park is beautiful, the room has a coffee machine and a Dyson hair dryer, and it is a wise choice to choose this hotel for travel.

GGuest UserThis time I went to Xiangyang for a business trip to live in Mei'an, the experience was very good. The customer is in Zhongguancun, only five or six minutes drive from the hotel. It just opened at the beginning of this year, the facilities are very new, the whole house is smart, and the sense of technology is full. The location is also very good, located in the city center, a few hundred meters away is Wuyue Plaza, within ten minutes drive from the high-speed exit and the high-speed rail station. The hotel breakfast is also rich, the front desk service is very warm, if it is a business trip, parent-child travel, business reception, this hotel is indeed very suitable.

GGuest UserService: Willa's service was excellent! I was very happy with the room. The lobby was clean, and they even upgraded my room and gave me some fruit. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
Facilities: The overall color scheme is very pleasant, and the room felt fresh and dry, unlike other hotels where you sometimes get a musty smell. At first, I thought the pillows wouldn't be comfortable, but they were surprisingly good and didn't cause any neck or shoulder discomfort. Oh, and the soundproofing was excellent.
The self-service breakfast had a limited selection of stir-fried dishes, but they did have basic congee, drinks, fruit, and sushi. The beef congee was delicious!
Service: The staff were very friendly. My only suggestion would be for them to implement a self-service app.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and will choose to stay here again.
