Villa Neugarten

I knew that the 9m² cost €79 per night, but unfortunately I didn't know that the room was directly adjacent to the smoking terrace. So I constantly had smoke in the room, very unpleasant. Since the reception was only occupied on the day of my departure, I unfortunately couldn't change rooms. Nobody could be reached at the telephone number provided. When I complained when I left, I had the feeling that I wasn't being taken seriously. I should just say next time that I want a different room. There was no discount, no voucher or anything else. I also had NO information about the minibar on the ground floor and that there was coffee and cake every afternoon. The mattress was quite sagging, so you could feel the springs very painfully. Why 2 points? The breakfast was good and always fresh. And the distance to Lake Constance is only about 5 minutes on foot.

Die Villa Neugarten ist ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Wohngegend in dem beschaulichen Ort Hagnau. Sowohl zum kleinen Ortszentrum als auch zum Wasser läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, von dem man sogar den Bodensee sehen konnte. Das Badezimmer hatte ein Fenster. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse und einen schönen Garten mit Liegen. Anstelle einer Minibar gibt es im Frühstücksraum einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken und man kann die Kaffeemaschine nutzen. Die entnommen Getränke trägt man in eine Liste ein. Das Frühstück, welches auch auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden kann, ist reichhaltig und lecker. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Absolut empfehlenswert.
