Hallo, ik stayed here for one night,and i had a great experiance. The were very friendly and cooperative. They helped me whereever they could. It was very nice and clean and a very nice location in the city centre. I would certainly recommend them. Greetings

Lovely atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. A really nice menu with plenty of options. Can particularly recommend the American pancakes and the elderflower drink. They have lovely canal side seating with sufficient shade - even on a hot day. Unfortunately service was a bit slow but it was a busy morning. And when the food arrived it was delicious so worth waiting for.

I participated in one of their events, I had stayed there before in January of 2022 and I had a wonderful experience. The staff are nice, the beds were good, the food is always amazing. I particularly enjoy the bitterballen and their burgers. I recommend this hostel especially to solo travelers who wish to socialize and experience the Netherlands to a whole new level.

Everything you need! Good healthy food, very friendly people, a lot of private space for a hostel bed and a good central location. I would easily stay here again. Also, everything is from local products / ingredients and not expensive at all.

This is an absolutely disgusting establishment; some of the rooms don’t have windows and are crammed full of people. This results in the rooms smelling terrible; it was so bad for me that I only stayed a matter of hours because it was so disgusting. Furthermore I arrived on a cold miserable day with rain; however this Hostel does not allow you to check-in until 17:00 hours. Even though staff were in the reception area they would not allow me to check-in until 17:00 hours. Given that you can’t check in until 17:00 hours it would seem reasonable that you can then check out at 13:00 hours however there is no allowance made given that you have to check out quite early. Additionally there is no communal area; this place is just absolutely vile and the worst place I have stayed in whilst in the Netherlands.

Beloved place for the locals: a real nest for whom who loves the bohemian side of the planet. {see pictures below} As for the capsule beds & room. Well, I'm Google local guide - I've visited lot of various hostels & places around EU & UK, sleeping in decent room, capsule or the shed in the backyard. My uncle is a name in the hotel business. I'm not a naive. But this room is close to the bottom end of the "budget" category. I mean it : if you are able to put human beings into a little storage room without window.. is this the 16th century? Even a "koye" has minimal windows for the sailors... Are we talking about hospitality or storage? Pros • Reception guy was extremely helpful after the miscommunication around booking & gave me good solution! • All Staff member were mainly positive and helpful. • Key card is a safe thing {deposit 10 €} • The hostel is really close to the train station (20-22 min walking). • 20% discount* in the cafe/bar/place • Great events! Various in every week! Cons • Windowless capsule dorm - but at least ventilated • The bathrooms are modern but they're... what in a crammed hostel you would expect. The staff is trying to do the best btw! • Coffee sucks - really bad! Whyyy? • The *"Discounts for you": only applies to food! After all - this IS the recommended place in The Hague, as the "other" hostel has much worse cheap rooms.

When I got back to the hostel at night yhetr was somebody else sleeping in my bed. My towel also got stolen The place is unstaffed for many hours and the problem could not be resolved The showers look moldy and poorly maintained. There was only 1 working tap. Lots of urine splashed over and around toilets It is cheap with a nice location, but don't count on good quality sleep with poor matras and noisy roommates who also put on/off the lights all night

We came with a group of colleagues and we had an amazing night. The live music definitely made us stay late and come back. Would recommend it to anyone who likes a cozy atmosphere, good food and a canal atmosphere.
