房间很大很舒服。服务一流，早餐西式选择需要加强。Very big, comfortable hotel room. Walk in shower big enough for two people. Excellent service from the check in staff. Some complimentary drinks in the mini bar fridge, which is very thoughtful. Breakfast needs more choices for Western customers

家庭出遊來海安入住一晚 選擇了評分很高的亞朵酒店 果然沒有失望 非常滿意 酒店環境非常乾淨整潔 我們入住的五樓 正好和健身房 洗衣房 餐廳一個樓層 更方便了 在酒店點了外賣 都是機器人送上門的 都不用下樓取外賣 簡直在房間就能滿足所有需求 酒店門口停車也很方便 前台小姐姐服務特別好 晚上九點半還有夜宵粥提供 特別貼心 下次來海安 還會選擇亞朵酒店👍

首先樓下對面新店開張，一直敲鑼打鼓到下午隔音很差
其次我們是剛打掃房間的拖把沒有洗乾淨，味道非常難聞
協商後給我們更換了房間，衞生間還是有輕微的味道

酒店以禁煙居住標榜，但不知道是否前台提醒過入住客人，不要在房間內吸煙。至少我前往入住房間時，居住的同層對面客人住在酒店卻抽煙還大開房門將煙流通到走廊裏，作為孕婦，體感很差。以及在安排房間時，是否可以考慮到避開這些素質差的煙客，遠離含煙的環境。酒店房間衞生很不錯，整體比較乾淨，熱水也很給力，但房間的空調，雖然暖風在吹，但是房間內能感受到暖意要花的時間很長，不知道是因為天氣太冷還是空調風向不能控制向下還是什麼原因，沒那麼暖活。

不是第一次住亞朵了，海安這家相差有點大，不如之前住的全季。房間的隔音不太好，沙發上有臟漬和毛髮一下子戳中有潔癖的人。最讓人不舒服的是，酒店前台應該好好培訓一下，作為出差辦事的，時間都是計劃好的。理解疫情下的放控政策，應該提前告知，而不是要求這要求那，問怎麼解決又説得不具體。
