The were so efficient, kind and committed to making sure I was happy and satisfied. All of the TV channels are Chinese but you have an option to scan and pay for English or American movies - which was nice.

At the last stop of this trip to Hainan, the hotel we stayed in was undoubtedly a highlight of the trip. During the past few days since I arrived, this city has given me the feeling of being rainy and foggy. Maybe there was a typhoon. But the hotel I stayed in gave me a good feeling. First of all, in terms of service and details, every staff member I met when I went out would say hello politely. The rooms are also kept very tidy. The room is equipped with wireless charging, drinks, etc. What still remains in my memory is that we went out to eat that day. When we came back, the hotel was at the door. As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came to pick us up with an umbrella. It was so heartwarming. The breakfast is also very rich, which cures my picky taste. To sum up, when you come to Haikou, staying at Qingju will make your trip twice as enjoyable. Full of emotional value.

The hotel is located in the city center, it is very busy outside, and there are one or two business districts nearby. Parking is also convenient. I thought the hotel has a history of more than 20 years, but when I got out of the elevator on the floor, the carpet was very clean. When I entered the room, I felt that except for the TV which was a bit old, everything else was satisfactory, including the bathroom, which was well maintained! The facilities must be the five-star standard of that era. I really didn't expect the carpet to be so clean. The breakfast was OK, there were Baoluo noodles, beef brisket noodles, and Shenggun porridge. It is worth staying again. In addition, it takes half an hour to drive to the duty-free shop in Xingang. I don't know if there is a shuttle bus to the duty-free shop.

The decoration of the B&B is very beautiful. The first floor is a place selling coffee. The price-performance ratio is very high in the off-season. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to greet and introduce where to go. I personally feel that the street where the B&B is located is the best to visit in the entire Qilou Old Street. There are many souvenir shops and some places to take photos and check in. It is very fun to visit. The only drawback is that it has been raining for a few days and the weather is a bit humid. There is a little smell in the corridor on the second floor. The quilt feels moist, and there are some small ants on the floor.

Great location. Small but enough space for a short stay. Even had a desk and side table. Clean and with great view from the roof over the old city streets. Nice charm. Big plus. Elevator to get up to the room with lots of luggage. 🤣🤩.

The room is very cozy, and the supporting facilities are very good. The washbasin and toilet are separated so that my husband and I don't disturb each other when we get up to wash our faces and go to the bathroom. The room is very quiet and clean. It also has a laundry room. The staff is also very enthusiastic, especially the enthusiastic attitude of a young lady at the front desk, which touched me even more. Next time I come to Haikou, I will stay in this hotel again.

The room overall is good. Bed and pillow super comfy. Need slight improvement for cleanliness as some part of the floor is kind of sticky. Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited. Service standard by all hotel staffs could be further improved. Anyway, extra credit to the lady manager at morning shift which is extra helpful and friendly. The location is good and convenient. Very near to eateries and convenient store.

Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
