Spa hotels in Haikou

The mattress has a soft and a firm side, which was perfect for my back problems! The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent – super good! The personalized service was exceptional; Sherry, the Assistant Manager in the lobby, deserves special praise. She noticed I hadn't come to the restaurant for breakfast one day and proactively messaged me to ask if I needed breakfast delivered to my room. It truly made me feel at home! The buffet restaurant's service was just okay, and the food quality could be improved.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, and there are no restaurants nearby, so you have to take a taxi to eat out. However, the environment is nice, and the breakfast was decent. The reception staff in the lobby were all very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel's hot spring and pool are very comfortable, but you have to wear a swim cap in the pool, which wasn't communicated in advance during check-in. This wasn't ideal, and we ended up buying one on the spot. Also, the directions to the pool weren't very clearly marked.

Exceeded expectations! Not only did they upgrade our room, but since we couldn't make it back in time, they extended our check-out as much as possible. The hotel environment is excellent, and the room soundproofing is really good. The pool is clean and spacious. The buffet was just okay, but the price was very reasonable. Our butler, Cherry, provided truly comprehensive and impeccable service. She even delivered an item we left behind to our new hotel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Flying into Haikou for a layover or an early flight? This is the hotel for you! Vienna International (Meilan Airport branch) truly has 'stress-free' in its DNA. Upon landing at T1/T2, just call the hotel and a car will pick you up. They offer 24-hour free airport shuttle service – how amazing is that?! For departures, there's a shuttle every half hour. Just book in advance, and you won't have to rush; you can sleep in without worrying about missing your flight. Right behind the hotel is a street full of local snacks! Tunchang vanilla duck, Xiangou beef, tropical fruit stalls... You don't have to go far to try all the local specialties, so you won't go hungry even if you arrive late at night 🍍 They have a buffet breakfast, free laundry room, gym, and a children's play area – fully equipped! In the lobby, there's even self-service coffee and partridge tea. The room was clean and spacious, tidy and hygienic, and the bed was comfortable. They gave us dragon fruit and mango, and the mango was very sweet. We could see a distant sea view from the side. It's a few kilometers from Qilou Old Street, the beach, Yunlong Library, and it's only about a 30-minute taxi ride to the Volcanic Park, duty-free shop, and provincial museum. It's also very convenient to find local specialty restaurants nearby. The only thing to improve is that the water pressure on the 12th floor isn't very strong.

I loved the room design; it was spacious and bright, with a great sense of openness. The hotel offers a variety of facilities: the kids adored the water park, while I really enjoyed the hot springs – so many different types to choose from! A soak in the evening helped me sleep so much better. The recreation center also had plenty to do, like ping pong, billiards, and an indoor pool, which are great options for a rainy day. I didn't get a chance to visit the card and chess room this time, but I'll definitely check it out next time. The service was excellent, with smiling staff everywhere I went. They even provided thoughtful welcome fruit and bedtime desserts. I also tried the Jiyuan travel photography service. The makeup, styling, and photography were all top-notch; I'm very happy with the results.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new, smart facilities. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The pool was the cherry on top, and there's also a large dog-walking garden that's absolutely stunning at sunset.

The room layout was well-designed, offering outstanding views, and the dining and recreational amenities were comprehensive. The hotel's family-friendly program is incredibly mature and well-developed. The dedicated kids' club is fully equipped, regularly hosting children's themed activities such as baking, outdoor sports, and engaging educational programs. The rooms even come with a full set of exclusive children's amenities, perfectly catering to families. The service team was professional and meticulous. I chose the Haikou Marriott for a short break, and overall, it was a calm and comfortable experience. The grounds are quiet with lush greenery, and taking a stroll along the pathways in my free time was very pleasant. The room was well-cleaned, and the bedding was comfortable. It was incredibly relaxing to enjoy the sea breeze from the room's balcony. The public areas, including the pool and hot springs, are well-equipped, offering a nice spot to unwind. I contacted Michelle, the concierge, with a question, and she was patient and thorough in her replies, making communication smooth. All the hotel staff were gentle and polite, and the service was just right – not overly enthusiastic. Overall, it was a very solid stay, perfect for travelers looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haikou.

Highly recommend Hilton Haikou Green Garden with a perfect score! This stay truly exceeded my expectations, providing an amazing resort-like experience. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The double-layered soundproof windows worked wonders, completely blocking out any outside noise, and the bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view; as soon as you opened the curtains, you were greeted by an unobstructed, breathtaking sea vista, with palm trees and the ocean stretching as far as the eye could see. Waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the sunset in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. It was so relaxing to feel the sea breeze on the balcony.
