I brought my child to Haikou for a vacation this time and stumbled upon this hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, truly great value for money. The hotel is situated in the heart of Haikou's West Coast, just a short drive from Leiqiong Global Geopark, Tropical Wildlife Park, Holiday Beach, and CDF Haikou International Duty-Free City. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring nature, taking kids to see animals, or shopping for duty-free goodies. The hotel's facilities are exceptionally well-equipped. The outdoor pool, with its dedicated children's play area and fun water slides, keeps kids entertained. There's also an indoor heated pool, a professional gym, and a ping-pong room, catering to both adult relaxation and kids' fun. You can easily fill your leisure time without even leaving the hotel. The breakfast quality was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were abundant and varied, with no repetition, and the taste was on point. It offered a good mix of Chinese, Western, and local specialties, so you wouldn't get tired of it even with daily meals. The room details were meticulously thought out, perfectly suited for Hainan's humid climate. Since the hotel is a bit away from the sea, it's not too damp. The bathroom is equipped with a full set of Bvlgari toiletries. The room's air conditioning has powerful dehumidifying capabilities, and there's an additional independent dehumidifier. The room stayed dry and fresh throughout our stay, completely free from any sticky or uncomfortable feeling. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with staff members being gentle and polite. From the front desk to the restaurant and public area staff, everyone was warm and courteous. Requests were promptly attended to, and they were patient and meticulous in their interactions, making our entire stay very comfortable. This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a fantastic choice for family vacations or leisure stays in Haikou; you absolutely can't go wrong. I'll definitely be returning!

An established Pullman 5-star hotel. The public areas of this Nanyang-style resort are beautifully designed. The in-room amenities and decor also exude a strong Nanyang vibe. This Pullman has been around for a while, so the elevators and in-room facilities have a vintage feel. However, the overall maintenance is quite good, and they still function well enough. The room isn't huge, but the layout is nice. The large mirror and hardware in the bathroom are very high-quality, showing that the hotel put thought into its selections. The mattress was too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Room cleanliness was very good. The toothbrush is made of bamboo, and the toothpaste comes in paper packaging, which I haven't encountered in other 5-star hotels. It would be even better if the bristles were softer. Overall, the cleanliness and service were good. At breakfast, dishes weren't refilled quickly enough after running out, but the view outside the restaurant is fantastic. The pool and hot spring areas are also very beautiful.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a romantic getaway, and I have to give a special shout-out to Helen at the front desk. We were a bit tired from our journey, but Helen was incredibly gentle and patient throughout the entire check-in process, which was handled quickly and efficiently without any unnecessary delays. We weren't very familiar with the local attractions, so we casually asked for some recommendations for food and sightseeing spots. She didn't just brush us off; instead, she thoughtfully suggested some local favorites that actual residents frequent, helping us avoid overcrowded tourist traps. Later, when we went back to the front desk to ask about luggage storage, she continued to respond with a smile, never showing any impatience. Our romantic trip for two got off to a wonderful start right from the moment we checked in. The thoughtful service significantly enhanced the happiness of our journey. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

My business stay at the Regal Haikou Coconut Grove International Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to MixC shopping mall and within walking distance to Evergreen Park, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The fully smart-equipped room was spotless and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dim sum on the third floor was authentically delicious. A special shout-out to Supervisor Li at the front desk – she handled my check-in efficiently and quickly, patiently answered my questions about my itinerary and parking, providing detailed and thoughtful service. She was gentle and polite throughout, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou!

The facilities are decent, but I'm deducting points for two things. First, as shown in picture 1, a staff member told me I needed a swimming cap after I got into the pool, which I completely understand. I immediately left the main pool and played with my child in the kiddie pool. However, half an hour later, a group of people arrived, and two men among them were happily playing in the pool without swimming caps. The staff member was right there but didn't say anything. What's the deal? Double standards? Second, after checking out and about to get into my booked Didi, the front desk stopped me, saying my room payment had been mysteriously refunded and I needed to pay again. Although their attitude was good, why did it take three days, and they only noticed it when I was checking out? Luckily, my Didi driver was very nice and patiently waited a few minutes.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new, smart facilities. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The pool was the cherry on top, and there's also a large dog-walking garden that's absolutely stunning at sunset.

✨ Haikou Parent-Child Hotel | Top of the List, and Deservedly So! This was our first time in Haikou, and we decided to check out this Sheraton because it was ranked number one. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and the value for money was truly outstanding! 👍 Our family room was thoughtfully decorated. It happened to be our child's birthday, and they even kindly prepared a birthday cake – so many thoughtful details! The kids' pool was huge, and our little one had a blast splashing around, giving us parents some much-needed relaxation. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a rich variety of options and were incredibly popular. With kids, having so many choices made meal times easy and convenient. The hotel also provides a travel photography service. Of course, you want to capture those precious family moments during your trip! 📸 ⚠️ A small tip: Outfits for the photoshoot require an additional fee, but the photographer was excellent at engaging our child, and the candid shots turned out lively and natural. This trip put a perfect end to our summer vacation. If you're coming to Haikou with kids, you can confidently choose this hotel. Hygiene: Good, clean, and the cleaning lady was very kind and meticulous. Environment: The room decoration was very exquisite, practical, and thoughtfully designed. Service: The front desk staff were generally good, with a strong service-oriented attitude. Initially, a tall man checked me in; he was a bit cold and arrogant. However, the slender girl who checked me out was very friendly and professional. When I left, someone saluted and smiled, which was very heartwarming. One minor issue was that the luggage service was too slow, slower than the average hotel, and even more so for a Ritz-Carlton. Facilities: Pros: The gym was excellent, I really liked the equipment, it was very comfortable. It wasn't overly crowded. Cons: The swimming pool was a bit small (15 meters). The pool and gym are shared with the Renaissance, so the clientele is a bit mixed. I suspect I was followed by a man (he kept swimming close to me, when I got up, he got up, when I walked away, he followed, and when I walked aimlessly, he also followed). So, ladies traveling alone should be careful! The biggest drawback was the location; it's quite out of the way, and ordering delivery was inconvenient. However, the Chinese restaurant was quite good. But there's no hotel in the city center that can compare to the Ritz-Carlton in terms of quality, so it's a matter of trade-offs.

🌻 I stayed at the Marriott Hotel for my vacation in Haikou. A butler proactively contacted me before check-in, and the check-in process was smooth upon arrival, with the staff introducing the hotel's services. The hotel's location is excellent, with a beach nearby and adjacent to the convention center. It's about 3 kilometers from the duty-free city, with a fixed shuttle service daily. 🌻 My room was on the 7th floor of the West Wing's executive level. The room was spacious, facing the sea with a balcony, offering panoramic views of the hotel. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, with stable water pressure and temperature, making for a comfortable shower experience. Toiletries were complete and of good quality. The 8-foot king bed ensured a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was good, and supplies were replenished promptly. Some of the electrical outlets in the room were a bit old. 🌻 The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and breakfast is served at the Western restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The food variety was rich and delicious, featuring local delicacies and catering to international guests' tastes. The restaurant also provided baby cutlery. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants offer full-course meals. 🌻 The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including children's and adult swimming pools, and a natural hot spring. During the summer holiday, there were many children and various activities. Guests on the executive floor can enjoy executive benefits, such as afternoon tea from 2 PM to 5 PM at the executive lounge on the 8th floor, light snacks from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, and drinks served until 10 PM after dinner.

Huge thanks to the lady in the first picture who upgraded us for free to a 180-degree sea view room! My child was absolutely thrilled. It was even on the executive floor, and the room had a dehumidifier and a capsule coffee machine, and it was so quiet. The room was clean, and the bedding wasn't damp. Since we were extending our stay, we requested no housekeeping on the second day and were even given two complimentary milk teas. Just staying at the hotel was enough to have a great time; there were little squirrels, bunnies, ostriches, and peacocks, a huge children's splash pool, and an Instagram-worthy infinity pool. The hotel grounds are also beautifully landscaped. There's a gate behind the infinity pool that leads straight to the beach, and you need to swipe your card to enter, which prevents non-guests from coming in—very secure. You can even have food delivery brought to your room by a robot, so you can pretty much just relax. The buffet at Tian Yuan Hui is genuinely delicious, but it's only available on weekends. On weekday evenings, you have to go to Hua Wei Xuan Chinese Restaurant, where the dishes are also tasty, but a bit pricey and service can be slow. The hotel offers free airport transfers, and the gentleman in the last picture was also very kind, making check-out a pleasant experience. I really love the Haikou Greenbelt Hilton and will definitely be back; we didn't want to leave. Oh, and while the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything is delicious, especially the freshly made Hainan noodles – they were the best I've had at any hotel during my time in Hainan and Sanya.
