"The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. They offer free parking, and it's conveniently located near Longhu Tianjie. In the evenings, they provide complimentary congee, and there are free additional amenities. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is located on Jinyu East Road, close to Longkun South Road, making it very convenient to get in and out. There's a farmers' market just a few hundred meters away, where you can buy fresh and affordable local fruit. The hotel is also very clean and tidy, and the amenities are comprehensive, including a gym, laundry room, and even a private mahjong room. While we can't expect five-star standards, it's excellent for a hotel of this quality at this price. The front desk lady was very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay again."

GGuest UserThe mattress has a soft and a firm side, which was perfect for my back problems! The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent – super good! The personalized service was exceptional; Sherry, the Assistant Manager in the lobby, deserves special praise. She noticed I hadn't come to the restaurant for breakfast one day and proactively messaged me to ask if I needed breakfast delivered to my room. It truly made me feel at home! The buffet restaurant's service was just okay, and the food quality could be improved.

The hotel itself has several dining options with a variety of cuisines, which was a real plus. Encountering five-star service at a five-star hotel during the off-season, and getting such great value for money when booking now, made for a truly rewarding experience.
Joan and Shela, the ladies at the front desk, were especially welcoming with their radiant smiles, making me feel right at home.

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic, and a big thanks to Helen at the front desk. Check-in was super quick, and she was incredibly warm, friendly, and polite throughout. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and even thoughtfully provided tips for getting around and important hotel information. Her service was attentive and heartfelt, making me feel incredibly comfortable and really enhancing my overall experience. The hotel's general ambiance is cozy, but Helen's service truly stood out. She even reminded me to stay hydrated and use sunscreen when I was heading out, as the weather was hot. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and spacious, tidy and hygienic, and the bed was comfortable. They gave us dragon fruit and mango, and the mango was very sweet. We could see a distant sea view from the side. It's a few kilometers from Qilou Old Street, the beach, Yunlong Library, and it's only about a 30-minute taxi ride to the Volcanic Park, duty-free shop, and provincial museum. It's also very convenient to find local specialty restaurants nearby. The only thing to improve is that the water pressure on the 12th floor isn't very strong.

GGuest UserI was really surprised to find out that Mission Hills is so great for family trips! We were there for a competition nearby, so we decided to just stay at the hotel. I explained our situation to them, and since there was a room available, they let us check in early at 12 PM. This was perfect because my child could have a nap before the competition. In the evening, we went straight to the amusement park and played until closing. Then, we had the hotel buffet, and it was a great deal since kids under 1.2 meters eat free. After dinner, we went for a hot spring bath. The next morning, after breakfast, we had planned to go to the Squirrel Park, but my child didn't want to leave the ball pit in the kids' play area, and then we went on the mini-train. It was a super packed and fun two days! Traveling during the off-season, despite the heat, I really appreciated the convenient and thoughtful service at the accommodation.

XXimiluThis hotel experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new, smart facilities. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The pool was the cherry on top, and there's also a large dog-walking garden that's absolutely stunning at sunset.

GGuest UserLet's start with the positives: The Ritz-Carlton's service is consistently excellent, and the hotel rooms are fully equipped with all amenities. The mattress was also quite comfortable. While breakfast wasn't extensive, the food was delicious, and the hotel offers a great view.
Now for the drawbacks: The hotel lacks sufficient children's facilities, the pool is small, and the surrounding area offers limited amenities.
In summary: Strictly speaking, it's not really a family-friendly resort. Next time I visit Haikou, I'll definitely choose a hotel in the city center.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Marriott Haikou was incredibly pleasant and relaxing, perfect for a vacation getaway. The hotel is built right by the sea, and the ocean view from our balcony was stunning. The beach across the road is also super close, just a 5-minute walk, with soft sand and clear water – our kids absolutely loved it! The pool was fantastic too, and the room had excellent soundproofing, plus it was incredibly spacious, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep.
The staff were all very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The delivery robot, Noah, made frequent appearances, which was super convenient for ordering food. A special shout-out to our butler, Michelle, who proactively added us on WeChat before our arrival. Communication throughout our stay was seamless; she was always patient and thorough in answering our questions and incredibly prompt in her responses. She also kept us informed about hotel activities, which was great. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the dinner buffet was definitely a highlight, covering almost every type of cuisine imaginable. Overall, our family had a fantastic experience and unanimously gave it high praise.

The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, taking great care of us. I'd especially like to commend Rebecca and Justin from the front office department. They truly reminded me of Hilton's consistently high service standards, delivering service that exceeded expectations even though the hotel was very busy these past two days due to a Latin dance competition. I will definitely choose Hilton again for my next stay. I highly recommend Hilton Haikou Greentown; it's the top choice for families with children.
