GGuest UserWent to Haikou for a meeting and stayed at Hongyan Hall near the venue. The room on the first floor was a bit dark at first. After communicating with the front desk, I was immediately arranged to a room on the 3rd floor. I was very satisfied. You can walk out of the basement of the hotel to the beach and wetland park. The temperature in Haikou is comfortable in this season. Breakfast includes freshly ground coffee, Hainan noodles, coconut rice, and fruits. Disposable bags and bath salts were prepared in the room. The only thing I thought was that the bathrobe was a bit old.

BBrookeMThe service is good with kind staff. Families should check to ensure water park is fully operational as there is currently some repair and renovations. Good price, located near airport and rail station. The greens looked good for golfers. The kids activities are a fun cultural experience. They gym is also good with equipment and attentive staff. We prefer not to support the petting zoo, it is a bit strange in a room with loud music that is likely unpleasant for the animals.

GGuest UserImmaculately clean, properly maintained. Excellent & efficient check in. Bed is so comfy we thought packing it into our luggages. Easy to log into WiFi with no disruptions. Unsure if the room smells due consumption of food by previous occupant.  It could do with bit more signage on how to get to the hotel.

LLucyVery convenient location for a flight transit stop. We stayed one night as we had to wait for our next flight for 10hrs, it’s a great place to stay. There’s free shuttle service between the airport and hotel. And there are also many options to eat around the hotel.

If I want to recommend a hotel in Haikou that combines beautiful scenery and delicious food with the most design and cost-effective first-line sea view and green park, it must be the Royal Madrid Yacht Resort Hotel! The coastal fitness track is connected to the Wanlv Park, a thousand-acre Internet celebrity check-in holy place, and you can soak in the hot springs after running. It's comfortable! ! ! The morning tea and seafood feast of Holiday Yipin, the best high-end restaurant in Hainan, let me taste it again and again... Pictures speak louder than words! The patient, meticulous and thoughtful service of Ms. Zhong Huifang at the front desk made me feel what it means to feel at home...

AAnonymous UserOn the positive side: The hotel itself is quite great, playground and pools were appealing, several good activities for kids, restaurant and breakfast were also very good and staff very friendly (especially in restaurant) In the negative side: the location is not good, at least 8-10km from everything. No any restaurant or activities nearby, need to take a taxi for everything with at least 40min to 1h drive. One of the restaurant (noodle one) closed quite early so dinner in hotel was limited to 2 restaurants. In addition, because of weather (wind and a bit cold) beach was not suitable for us to stay and pools were closed. Good hotel for company events or short family stay (max 2 days) but not for prolonged family vacation (week)

SStephen SutantoHad a memorable holiday here. We arrived early and served by Erin during the check-in. She was very helpful, sharing essential information patiently to us. Even as our room was not ready at first, we managed to get some relaxing stroll along the beach and enjoyed some drinks with the panoramic sea view. After which Erin personally contacted us the moment our room was ready. As early comers, Erin also kindly reserved us one of the rooms with the best sea view to complete our holiday experience. The next day she didn't forget to check on us, making sure we were well taken care of. There's also a live music in the evening, which we enjoyed a lot. We had dinner and breakfast buffet here which we agreed may not be the most remarkable but the food provided did meet the required standards.

DDongdong111The price-performance ratio is super high, it dropped my jaw. We checked in at the end of April, probably because it was the off-season before the long holiday. A sea view room including breakfast is only over 300, why would you want a bicycle! The room is big, the view is great, it is very quiet at night, there are no noisy neighbors, and the room has no odor and the drainage is unobstructed. The decoration is just a little old. The most recommended thing is the hotel's own hot spring and swimming pool. Just these two items can entertain you for a whole day. I didn't even have interest in going to the beach outside. This standard 50-meter swimming pool has a constant temperature and automatic circulation. The only drawback is that when there are classes in the swimming pool in the morning, you need to say hello before entering. Finally, I strongly recommend the fish spa pool, which is also my motivation to write a review. If anyone has skin diseases on their feet, it is definitely a good idea to come here. We guarantee that they will be cleaned up for you. The only downside is that the breakfast has too few varieties, the hotel's TV is not very good, and the decoration is too old, but for a five-star hotel that costs 300 per night, you don't ask for too much.
