GGongshangThe concierge was incredibly knowledgeable about Haikou! While he was helping me get a taxi, we chatted, and he recommended I go to the Cloud Library to watch the sunrise, which was only a 15-minute taxi ride away. Afterwards, I explored the Qilou Old Street, rented a bike, and cycled around taking photos – it was a fantastic experience. When I returned, the doorman greeted me from afar and held the door open. The whole experience was great, and lying in my sea-view room watching Century Bridge was so relaxing.

AAnonymous UserI chose the State Guest House for my trip to Haikou to see ONER's concert. It really exceeded my expectations! Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean and conveniently located just a short drive from the airport. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, the Haikou State Guest House offered several different types of pillows that perfectly suited my sleeping habits. My room faced the sea and was quiet, and the curtains were excellent at blocking out light. It was a wonderful surprise to have all three of my personal needs met. Most importantly, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful; they provided ONER merchandise and even offered a shuttle service to and from the concert, which saved me the hassle of driving and finding parking. It was incredibly convenient! It was also great to chat with fellow fans on the shuttle after the concert.

LluciferfingThanks to Jenny, our room was upgraded to one with a balcony facing the sea directly from the bed. Our stay was quite pleasant and satisfying. The hotel's location is also great, very close to Century Bridge, Hainan University, and the snack street at the south gate of Hainan University. It's also not far from popular spots like Qilou Old Street and Yunlong. The complimentary travel photoshoot was a wonderful bonus; we got some lovely family photos. Highly recommend!

The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, and they patiently recommended local attractions and dining tips. The garden greenery is elegantly maintained, and its beachfront location provides the perfect ambiance. The guest room was clean and tidy, with ample space and comfortable bedding, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was also well-maintained and spotless. The hotel's public areas are well-kept, making daily commutes and leisurely strolls very pleasant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was subtly flavored, suiting my taste. During my stay, I had a few questions and contacted the butler, Michelle. She was very patient and meticulous in her replies, answering my questions gently and calmly, with just the right amount of helpfulness without being intrusive. The entire trip felt wonderfully relaxed without any unnecessary commotion, providing a truly laid-back holiday experience. The overall quality is excellent, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit to Haikou.

YYayaThe Hilton Haikou boasts an excellent location with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable. The room facilities are well-maintained and functional. The staff were very responsive, proactively adding me on WeChat to handle all service requests during my stay. Breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the service from the Zirong housekeeper was thoughtful. They proactively shared information about children's classes, which made traveling with kids much easier. However, there were two issues in the room that affected our experience: the door lock wasn't smooth to use and should be replaced promptly, and the in-room telephone couldn't connect, making it very inconvenient to contact staff when needed. We hope the hotel can quickly repair and optimize these room facilities.

YYangguangyuhai233Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. My kids absolutely loved the children's play area and the outdoor water park. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, taking great care of us. I'd especially like to commend Rebecca and Justin from the front office department. They truly reminded me of Hilton's consistently high service standards, delivering service that exceeded expectations even though the hotel was very busy these past two days due to a Latin dance competition. I will definitely choose Hilton again for my next stay. I highly recommend Hilton Haikou Greentown; it's the top choice for families with children.

GGuest UserThis hotel left a deep impression on me. The location is excellent, the beach is downstairs, you can see the sea while sitting in the room, and it is very convenient to travel. The room is spacious and bright, with good lighting and comfortable bedding. The sanitation is first-class, and there will be a special person to clean every day. The service is considerate, and the staff will take the initiative to ask about needs. The price is reasonable and great value for money.

GGuest UserA hotel with unique South Asian style, warm service, stunning scenery, comfortable hot springs, and private beach 🏖️, you can’t get enough of it after just one glance! I have never dreamed of going there again, and I have the idea of retiring and living here forever! There is such a beautiful place in the world! Love it, love it! Will definitely go again and relive the dream!
What is particularly worth mentioning is that while we were in the hotel, we encountered Typhoon Capricorn, the largest typhoon in history. The hotel staff repeatedly warned us to pay attention to safety. The leader of the local tourism bureau (Deputy Director Cai Fuxiong) also mobilized me to move to the city center many times. And before the typhoon came, he drove my family of three to a hotel in the city center in the wind and rain. Special thanks! I think it was thanks to Deputy Director Cai, otherwise the consequences would be serious. I originally booked five nights, but only stayed for two. It was not enough! Looking forward to seeing you again!
