Overall, a fantastic stay! The hotel boasts a chic French-inspired design and is bustling with guests, largely due to its prime location and stunning, Instagram-worthy environment. The service was absolutely top-notch. A big shout-out to the lovely lady at the Executive Lounge who, upon hearing I was here for tourism, thoughtfully shared some local tips that were incredibly helpful. She even arranged a spacious room for me in advance. Such attentive service truly made a difference. I'll definitely be back!

Anonymous UserI chose the State Guest House for my trip to Haikou to see ONER's concert. It really exceeded my expectations! Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean and conveniently located just a short drive from the airport. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, the Haikou State Guest House offered several different types of pillows that perfectly suited my sleeping habits. My room faced the sea and was quiet, and the curtains were excellent at blocking out light. It was a wonderful surprise to have all three of my personal needs met. Most importantly, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful; they provided ONER merchandise and even offered a shuttle service to and from the concert, which saved me the hassle of driving and finding parking. It was incredibly convenient! It was also great to chat with fellow fans on the shuttle after the concert.

Our high-floor sea-view room offered stunning panoramic views of Haikou Bay and Century Bridge right from the balcony. The sunsets were gorgeous, and the evening lights over the ocean were truly captivating, making for fantastic photo opportunities. The room itself was spacious, featuring a double vanity and a large bathtub. It was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors, and the soundproofing was excellent.
We had informed them in advance that we were traveling with a young baby, and they thoughtfully provided a crib, children's bathrobes, and baby toiletries. The mini-fridge was very convenient for storing milk formula and baby food, making our stay with a little one so much easier.
The hotel's facilities were comprehensive. There's an outdoor family pool, a kids' club, and an indoor play area. The breakfast buffet even had a dedicated children's station, and the local Hou'an noodles and various dim sum options were plentiful. There's also a 24-hour gym and free parking. Getting to Qilou Old Street and Cloud Library was a breeze, just a 10-15 minute drive, making sightseeing very convenient.
The day before we arrived, our butler Jenny proactively contacted us via WeChat to meticulously confirm all our needs for traveling with a toddler. She also sent us useful information in advance, such as a Haikou travel guide, the pool opening hours, and breakfast times.

The room is spacious and bright, well-arranged, and spotlessly clean. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress is just right – I fell asleep in seconds. 🌟 Service is thoughtful, professional, and warm.
The staff provided smiling service throughout, being both enthusiastic and professional. Anonymous UserI chose the Haikou Marriott for a short break, and overall, it was a calm and comfortable experience. The hotel's location is perfect, making it convenient to get to the duty-free shop and along the West Coast. The grounds are quiet with lush greenery, and taking a stroll along the pathways in my free time was very pleasant. The room was well-cleaned, and the bedding was comfortable. It was incredibly relaxing to enjoy the sea breeze from the room's balcony. The public areas, including the pool and hot springs, are well-equipped, offering a nice spot to unwind. I contacted Michelle, the concierge, with a question, and she was patient and thorough in her replies, making communication smooth. All the hotel staff were gentle and polite, and the service was just right – not overly enthusiastic. Overall, it was a very solid stay, perfect for travelers looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haikou.

Guest UserThe hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the service from the Zirong housekeeper was thoughtful. They proactively shared information about children's classes, which made traveling with kids much easier. However, there were two issues in the room that affected our experience: the door lock wasn't smooth to use and should be replaced promptly, and the in-room telephone couldn't connect, making it very inconvenient to contact staff when needed. We hope the hotel can quickly repair and optimize these room facilities.

Guest UserHighly recommend Hilton Haikou Green Garden with a perfect score! This stay truly exceeded my expectations, providing an amazing resort-like experience.
The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The double-layered soundproof windows worked wonders, completely blocking out any outside noise, and the bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view; as soon as you opened the curtains, you were greeted by an unobstructed, breathtaking sea vista, with palm trees and the ocean stretching as far as the eye could see. Waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the sunset in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. It was so relaxing to feel the sea breeze on the balcony.

This hotel left a deep impression on me. The location is excellent, the beach is downstairs, you can see the sea while sitting in the room, and it is very convenient to travel. The room is spacious and bright, with good lighting and comfortable bedding. The sanitation is first-class, and there will be a special person to clean every day. The service is considerate, and the staff will take the initiative to ask about needs. The price is reasonable and great value for money.

Guest UserA hotel with unique South Asian style, warm service, stunning scenery, comfortable hot springs, and private beach 🏖️, you can’t get enough of it after just one glance! I have never dreamed of going there again, and I have the idea of retiring and living here forever! There is such a beautiful place in the world! Love it, love it! Will definitely go again and relive the dream!
What is particularly worth mentioning is that while we were in the hotel, we encountered Typhoon Capricorn, the largest typhoon in history. The hotel staff repeatedly warned us to pay attention to safety. The leader of the local tourism bureau (Deputy Director Cai Fuxiong) also mobilized me to move to the city center many times. And before the typhoon came, he drove my family of three to a hotel in the city center in the wind and rain. Special thanks! I think it was thanks to Deputy Director Cai, otherwise the consequences would be serious. I originally booked five nights, but only stayed for two. It was not enough! Looking forward to seeing you again!
