Hot Spring Hotels in Haikou

This is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at so far 😊 The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, breakfast offers a rich variety, and the staff are attentive and thoughtful... The resort has a kids' pool, and there's a bubble party in the afternoon, which the little ones absolutely loved... Just across the road is the beach where you can collect seashells 🐚 and I even spotted some small crabs 🦀... Upon check-out, Miss Wang at the front desk even prepared a souvenir gift for us 🎁 All in all, it's a seaside hotel worth staying at 🌴

The facilities are decent, but I'm deducting points for two things. First, as shown in picture 1, a staff member told me I needed a swimming cap after I got into the pool, which I completely understand. I immediately left the main pool and played with my child in the kiddie pool. However, half an hour later, a group of people arrived, and two men among them were happily playing in the pool without swimming caps. The staff member was right there but didn't say anything. What's the deal? Double standards? Second, after checking out and about to get into my booked Didi, the front desk stopped me, saying my room payment had been mysteriously refunded and I needed to pay again. Although their attitude was good, why did it take three days, and they only noticed it when I was checking out? Luckily, my Didi driver was very nice and patiently waited a few minutes.

We stayed here twice. The pool and hot spring are always well kept. The foot fish pool was recently restocked. The spring water is used for all the hotel rooms. It is better than the water at the spring by Holiday Beach. The breakfast buffet is well worth adding on the room. The 凉拌 dishes are excellent, the salad is fresh, they serve very fresh 内蒙古牛奶 Inner Mongolian Milk that is excellent. I did feel the restaurant was also good. We feel the quality bar at this hotel is good. The surroundings are peaceful. There are bicycles and scooters to rent. You can walk to the beach easily.

The owner of the hotel is enthusiastic, the special soup pool room on the first floor is very good, and the yard is warm and comfortable. The room is fully equipped. The air around the green plants is good. The farm food at the homestay is also delicious. Economical.
