If you mind your pet, the housekeeper will guide you back to the room first. Here is a small suggestion. The front desk is relatively small. As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the decoration style of the homestay. It was simple and stylish. Every detail revealed the intention and taste. The room was clean and tidy and the bedding was comfortable. Arrived in the afternoon, the butler was enthusiastic and efficient, and provided afternoon tea, which was good-looking and delicious. The space is large, the hotel has a good environment inside and outside, and there is an elevator. The bed is wide, big and soft. It is not too far from the school. It was an excellent stay. I've not expected much from the hotel with such a low price, yet it was wonderfull. Forst, service is great, pretty receptionist, everyday cleaning. Second, It was squeaky clean, like, very much clean. Thirdly, the design and amenities are much of generic 4* hotel in EU. Also, for a first-time visiters, location is great. Definetely recommend.

Pros: Location is about 5mins walk from Haikou Railway station, spacious room, AI voice assistant. Cons: Room is damp, reception did mentioned during checkin and stated that it is due to room being at level 1 (for room type: discount double room). Secondly, there was slight leaking issue out of the shower room. Lastly, quite a number of mosquitoes, liquid electric repeller was provided. Also, the mirror light in my room was not working, since I was only staying one night and it doesn’t matter to me, I informed the staff and did not request for a change of room.
