Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with delicious hot soups and plump shrimp—every bite is satisfying. The open kitchen prepares dishes on the spot with fresh ingredients, and the staff are professional and attentive. The coffee area is well-equipped, offering panoramic city views from the window, perfect for a delightful morning ritual. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations, with quality evident in every detail. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe decor at Sofitel Haikou is absolutely stunning and super photogenic! It has this French-inspired, light luxury vibe that feels incredibly sophisticated. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of Haikou Bay and Century Bridge, and you can relax while overlooking the greenery of Wanlu Garden and the sea. It's super close to MixC and Youyi Sunshine City, and getting to Qilou Old Street is also convenient. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient; they answered all my questions and even proactively asked if we needed any children's amenities.

It's commendable that they can maintain Ascott's service standards in such a desolate environment.
Two things that left a deep impression:
1. The front desk proactively packed breakfast for me as I had an early departure the next day.
2. The spa staff were waiting for me an hour in advance.
One area for improvement:
1. Upon check-in, the front desk could proactively share information about the cultural center's activities with guests.
Xiao Liang and Xiao Su provided excellent service, making both check-in and check-out smooth.

My child absolutely loved playing in the water, and all the facilities were communal, which made for a great experience. The complimentary photoshoot was fantastic! The photographer knew all the best spots in the hotel and even fulfilled my child's wish to take photos at the golf driving range. My child wanted every single photo when we were selecting them!

GGuest UserThis is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.

GGuest UserI was thoroughly impressed by the service at this hotel! From helping with luggage to check-in, everyone greeted us with a smile. I was traveling with my child, and the front desk immediately provided a toiletries kit, which my child loved. Our butler, Nita, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with booking a travel photoshoot. In the evening, she prepared a bedtime dessert for my child – the papaya and white fungus soup was delicious! Before we checked out, Nita also arranged a late check-out for us, telling us not to rush, which was incredibly thoughtful. I definitely have to commend the hotel's service! 👍🏻

NNanhainanhaiA fantastic guesthouse, located opposite Haikou Railway Station, inside the Agile Golden Bay residential complex near the New Haikou Port and South Port. The complex environment is excellent! Crucially, the Rongshanliao Visitor Center is right outside the west gate. We came here for a family weekend getaway specifically to photograph the sunset at Rongshanliao. We arrived a little late on the first day and didn't get a good sunset shot, but we did manage to capture the evening glow. Many of the guesthouse's rooms have sea views; you can see a beautiful sunset and evening glow from your bedroom bed or a chair on the balcony!
The second day, we got up early and drove to Holiday Beach to photograph the sunrise. We left before 6:10 am and were able to get a view of the stars from the rooftops of the complex ✨, and it even happened to be the Big Dipper (you need a OnePlus 13 to take the picture). We photographed the sunrise from 6:30 to 7:30 am. After returning to the guesthouse, we rested for a while and then strolled around the Rongshanliao village beach, which was quite nice. It's even better in the evening. Next time, we'll come earlier. For a weekend getaway in Haikou, there are great places to go from the east to the west without leaving the port. Highly recommended.
We checked out at noon and then went to Wuyuanhe Wetland Park to take pictures of the loneliest tree – it was fantastic.
The room was well-equipped, including one with a kitchen. Cooking was convenient. Perfect for a family weekend getaway!

DDianpingzhuanjiaaaaaFacilities: Great! A bit old, but for this price, what more could you ask for? The only issue was one bedside lamp was broken. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after 4 days and 3 nights, my back felt perfectly fine. I didn't even get a chance to ask what brand it was.
Hygiene: Excellent, with a few minor imperfections.
Service: The customer service auntie was incredibly enthusiastic and flawless. I genuinely felt her professional attitude of ”serving you” came from the heart, and I'm very grateful! However, at check-in, she seemed a bit tired. Her demeanor was gentle, but she only briefly mentioned breakfast. I also noticed the complimentary Qilou photo shoot service wasn't explained or offered, and I was too lazy to ask and make a reservation. This could be improved...
Environment: Very close to the sea, but the weather wasn't great, so the sea view was quite ordinary. I absolutely loved the room design, and all the amenities were very comprehensive. These are my honest personal feelings. Overall, the stay was very smooth!

Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.
