Haikou Hotels with Parking

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

Housekeeping didn’t wash out cups. Hotel is nice to help in receiving our parcels before our arrival. Room was clean and modern looking.

Excellent location and large rooms. Breakfast is good. Enjoyed our stay. Except for the Aircon - it seems to stop (or the fan stop blowing) when the temperature reaches the set level (or when higher than 22degrees). We were worried that there is no air in and we may suffocate. We feedbacked to the counter ladies and they promised to come up to check but no one came. This was the same issue for our last stay at Mercure XiAn. We wonder if there is some setting issue which they should share with us when check in? Come December, we have booked Mercure Yu Garden at Shanghai and is now thinking to cancel and switch to another hotel because of this aircon issue. Other than, all is good with this hotel.

The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and well-cared for at all times. The location is great, with easy access to local food and supermarket. A special mention goes to their coffee; it was truly exceptional and a delightful start to each morning. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-notch service, a perfect location, and a great coffee experience. Highly recommended!

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

The environment and people are very good, the hygiene and service are very good, anything the room needs can be delivered immediately, the staff is extremely enthusiastic, the location is also very good and convenient, the girl at the front desk recommended a lot of delicious food and fun things. This is really a treasure hotel. The whole family gave it a five-star rating. It is definitely worth recommending! We will choose to stay here next time we come to Haikou. Service: Butler Xiaolin checked in for us, arranged a warm and comfortable room, and took the initiative to provide thoughtful and warm information and help. The security department wiped the front and rear windshields of our car attentively and left a greeting card. Warm service is often reflected in the details. Thumbs up 👍 Hygiene: The hygiene of the room and corridor is really super good. I have high requirements for the hygiene of staying, but this place really meets my high standards. Thumbs up for the cleaning department 👍 Facilities: The new hotel in 2024, from the lobby, restaurant, corridor, room, all the facilities are new, high-quality and clean, especially the room, which is clean, bright and high-quality. There are separate living rooms and rooms to meet the needs of family members for activities and rest in different areas. Catering: The hotel's breakfast is very rich, high-quality and delicious, the supplementary dishes are very timely and sufficient, the environment layout and decoration are also very elegant, and the whole family is very happy to eat. Environment: It is very convenient to travel, shop and eat around the hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot. You can park for free by providing your license plate number when you check in. There is a very popular Lao Ba Cha in Haikou near the hotel - Ju Fu An, which is very good and worth recommending!

We took the elderly and children out to play. We arrived in Haikou in the afternoon. We took a car rental at the airport and prepared to play in Chengmai and Zhangzhou. We stayed in Haikou for one night and went to Chengmai the next morning. We chose a lot and finally decided this one. At this price, the service and sanitation environment have nothing to say. The beauty at the front desk also recommended the restaurant to us. The family was very satisfied with the food at night. The next morning, I walked a little and I also ate the local special Dad tea. The most important thing is that parking is free, and the parking lot and the charging pile are too convenient for fast charging.

The location is very good. It's right in Hainan Building, the Internet Building. It's very close to the company's office. It's right in Hainan Building. It's very convenient to travel.
