Haikou Hotels with Parking

This hotel truly deserves a long review from me! It's a definite five-star stay, and I give those stars wholeheartedly. The check-in experience was flawless; from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt pampered. But what touched me the most was the service from our butler, Hailey – no exaggeration, she's the most thoughtful and meticulous butler I've encountered in all my hotel stays. Upon checking in, Hailey brought us a welcome fruit tea and proactively arranged for us to have a quieter room type. The room was already prepared with welcome fruits, and even Hainan's special young coconut, which was incredibly considerate. We casually mentioned that the pillows were a bit high, and by the time we returned to the room a second time, buckwheat pillows and memory foam pillows were already there for us to choose from. It truly made us feel at ease, like family. Throughout our stay, Hailey consistently remembered our preferences – I love Americano, and she would have it prepared for me every morning while I had breakfast; my husband enjoys taking baths in the evening, and she would always provide extra mineral water and bath salts daily. These details might seem insignificant, but it's precisely these small acts of 'remembering you' that transformed an ordinary trip into something extraordinarily warm. Today, as we checked out, Hailey specifically double-checked our bill in advance and prepared drinking water for our journey. When we drove away, she escorted us all the way to the parking lot, opened the car door for me, placed our luggage, and stood outside the car, smiling and waving goodbye as we drove out of the gate. That sincerity wasn't just procedural politeness; it was genuine, heartfelt warmth. In summary, excellent facilities, a great location, and outstanding service. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return. Highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates attention to service details!

The room was spacious and quiet, with excellent air conditioning. The mini-bar had a great selection of new items, all complimentary, and there was even a delivery robot for room service. The price was incredibly good, offering fantastic value for money! If you're on a business trip nearby or heading to the duty-free shop, I highly recommend staying here. It's superb!

After checking in, I took a shower and wanted to take a nap, so I turned on the “do not disturb” light. To my surprise, I was woken up by a phone call saying they wanted to deliver some welcome amenities and asked me to open the door. I was absolutely furious! Are welcome amenities really that important? They saw the do not disturb light on and still called to disturb a guest. Couldn't they deliver it another day? Or leave a note? In the end, I opened the door, sent the staff member away, and refused their welcome gift. On the last day, during breakfast, when I went to get noodles, there was no chicken broth left. They gave me only two sips of broth and then asked me why I didn't want the noodles! I was fuming again! Unbelievable!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! There was a slight medicinal smell in the room, which was a bit odd, but everything else was quite good. I loved the Nanyang-style design; the materials and aesthetic were very well thought out. It's definitely worth checking out. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The restaurant food was decent, though breakfast was just okay. The standout was really the charming decor, which added to the delightful surprise.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The facilities were complete, with a washing machine and dryer. The front desk lady even helped keep an eye on my laundry, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, I had a good experience.

Ascott Haikou is very close to the airport, making our morning departure a breeze. The surrounding area is still under development and the entire complex is quite new, so the environment will likely improve even more over time. The hotel's decor is elegant and unique, a distinctive design from the Crest Collection that is truly eye-catching and boasts a unique Chinese aesthetic. The hotel staff thoughtfully called us to let us know our room was ready. Our butler promptly added us on WeChat and provided all sorts of information. Our high-floor room was quiet with an expansive view, and it's about a 30-minute drive to Qilou Old Street. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, which was great!

This hotel is one of the few with hot springs in the city center. It's an older property, which is why it has the hot springs, so some facilities are a bit dated, but it's very well-managed. The air conditioning was on in the room constantly, so there was no musty smell. The bedding was good and clean. The mattress was comfortable, just the right firmness. I have to commend the front desk staff during check-in. They lent me an umbrella even before I had completed my booking, which really touched me with their trust. During check-out, a young lady told me to buy my airport shuttle ticket from a machine (later, an older staff member saw my booking and gave me a shuttle ticket). It seems their training could be improved in this area.

My stay at Sheraton Haikou was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. I especially want to commend Butler Coco – she was incredibly warm, attentive, and easy to communicate with, taking care of every detail, big or small. The breakfast was excellent too. I felt safe and relaxed throughout my entire stay. When I left, Coco even prepared a parting gift and helped me with my luggage to the car. The whole experience was wonderful and definitely worth five stars. I'll prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Haikou! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place offers incredible value for money, far surpassing most other accommodations in the area. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, so there was no dampness or strange odors. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing essential items like umbrellas and chargers for emergencies. The location is super convenient, and taking a taxi to various attractions is very affordable. The service was attentive and thorough. I've already recommended it to my friends!

This was my third stay with this brand. The room was decent, though the bathroom had a slight odor. My elderly family member was staying in a separate room, and initially, our rooms were assigned quite far apart. The front desk immediately called us to offer a room change, which was very helpful. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. Even though it was busy, and the elevator was undergoing maintenance (causing a crowd at the front desk with some people complaining), the staff worked hard to resolve issues and greet everyone warmly. Their efforts are definitely commendable.
