From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 25-minute drive from Haikou East Railway Station. It is a large resort mainly designed for golf visitors. The hot spring pools are located very close to the hotel building and stay open until 11 p.m. The breakfast starts as early as 6 a.m., which is convenient for early risers or guests catching a morning flight. The location is not very convenient, as the nearest shopping mall is about a 20-minute drive away. We booked a room for three adults, but the hotel only provided two complimentary entries to the hot spring pools. The third guest had to pay 88 RMB. Since the booking clearly included three adults, it would have been a nice gesture for the hotel to extend complimentary access for all three. Overall, it’s a spacious resort with enjoyable hot springs.

He's incredibly kind, and his smile is truly infectious; his service completely exceeded our expectations. We're especially grateful for his genuine care and attentiveness. He patiently answered all my questions and even recommended some breakfast specialties. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. The entire restaurant team is also outstanding. Secondly, let's talk about the breakfast. My friends, who were visiting from out of town, all raved about it. There was a wide variety of options, the taste was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was excellent. As the saying goes in the F&B industry, ”Taste is fundamental, and service is the soul.” Your establishment has absolutely nailed both of these to perfection. Having such a team is a blessing for us and a great asset to the hotel. We'll definitely be back!

LLilykong000English: 5/5 — Highly Recommended! Don’t let the older exterior fool you — the inside of the hotel is surprisingly modern, comfortable, and well maintained. We booked the family-friendly kids’ room, which was absolutely adorable and came with an extra bed for our 6-year-old. The room was very spacious and even included a separate play/mahjong area, complete with a cute little tent that our child loved. The room itself was very clean, and the city view from the windows was beautiful, especially at night. We took a video tour of the room, so some of the screenshots may appear slightly blurry. The hotel also has a small kids’ playroom on the first floor, which is really cute and a great bonus for families. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, especially the front desk team and Xiao Liang. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were very helpful. On our last night, I needed to use the laundry room but had trouble figuring out the machine settings. Even though it was late, a staff member came upstairs very quickly and patiently showed me how to use the washing machine — excellent service. The location is another big plus. People’s Park is right next to the hotel, and we enjoyed walking there every morning to see locals exercising and socializing. There are also many malls and shopping centers nearby, all within walking distance, making it easy and fun to explore and window shop. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Haikou. 中文: 五星好评，强烈推荐！千万不要被酒店外观略显陈旧的建筑迷惑，酒店内部其实非常新、舒适，而且维护得很好。我们预订的是亲子家庭房，房间非常可爱，还为我们 6 岁的孩子准备了加床。房间空间很大，另外还有一个独立的娱乐/麻将区域，里面有一个小帐篷，孩子特别喜欢。房间整体非常干净，从窗户可以看到城市景观，尤其是晚上，夜景非常漂亮。我们拍了房间的视频介绍，所以截图可能会稍微有点模糊。酒店一楼还有一个小型儿童游乐区，布置得很可爱，对带孩子的家庭来说是一个很贴心的加分项。酒店的工作人员都非常友好、响应迅速，尤其是前台的几位小姐姐和工作人员小梁。他们耐心、详细地解答了我所有的问题，服务非常周到。我们入住的最后一晚需要使用洗衣房，但我不太会操作洗衣机。虽然已经很晚了，工作人员还是很快上楼，亲自教我如何使用洗衣机，服务真的非常贴心。地理位置也非常棒。酒店旁边就是人民公园，我们每天早上都会去公园散步，看当地人锻炼身体、休闲聊天，氛围非常有生活气息。周边还有很多商场和购物中心，步行就能到，非常适合逛街和随意探索。下次再来海口，我们一定还会选择住在这里。

MM306437****I booked the Mishu Hotel through Ctrip. It's super close to Haikou East Station, which was really convenient. The hotel facilities are great, well-arranged, and the room was very spacious, clean, and even had smart controls. For just over a hundred yuan, it's excellent value for money and very economical. The staff were all smiles, and my stay was very pleasant. The only downside was that the elevator wasn't installed yet, which was a bit of a struggle for us older folks.

AAnonymous UserWe visited the homestay and it felt really homely. However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about. We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP. Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area. Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift. The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply. With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day. Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night. Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay. We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs. When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery. We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit.

AAnonymous UserOverall a pleasant stay for us at this local hotel, which was one of the few that’s able to accommodate my wife and I plus our 3 children, in two connecting rooms. We stayed over 5 nights in this property. It served our purpose perfectly for a short stay at a convenient location served directly by a bus service with the airport. We arrived hours ahead due to changes in flight schedule, but the front desk was very generous and checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready, that's great customer service 👍 The rooms were large and well stocked with the necessary essentials including rubber slippers. There were 2 bathrooms+toilets as well as an additional standalone WC ~ more than enough for our use and made the stay even more pleasant. There was a large living room with an adjacent study area equipped with desk, chair and power outlets, that's shielded off the noise from living room - a great addition for those who needed space to get some work done. The hotel is located in a convenient location that's close to local food places and simple shopping. There's a supermarket in a building basement about two blocks away that's well stocked. You can even get a quick haircut for RMB15 in the same basement for those (guys) who don't care much about style 😂 There are LUCK IN coffee, Mixue, KFC, local eateries, street food, and restaurants all within short walk of about 200m. One thing great about this hotel is the bus transport serving Meilan airport that starts and ends at this property, costing just RMB20 per person per direction. Each hotel booking apparently entitled the guest one free ticket! We departed the hotel on this bus which took about 50 mins to reach the airport, as it made a few scheduled stops along the way and was driven at a slow steady bus speed. That perfectly solved the trouble and costs of having to book 2 taxis due to number of people and luggages, right at the hotel door step! One attraction of the hotel was the hot spring available in the bathroom via a large wooden tub, as well as one outside the hotel for guests. I saw some guests using the public pool which would involve walking out of the hotel in bathrobes and slippers onto the driveway and all. We’re not the hot spring type so no comments, but this feature may appeal to others. Some negative points that prevented the property having full 5 stars: - Erratic WiFi connection - the WiFi sometimes would have no Internet connection, randomly, it could be evening or even morning when everyone was sleeping and not many devices connected. As we had two rooms technically so there were two WiFi logins for our use. Sometimes one would work and not the other and at different times. Sometimes the connection would be lost halfway while using. It’s really irritating. We made multiple feedback but nothing had improved. - the property is really aged and a refresh is badly needed. It’s livable and generally clean for sure, but the decor, style and musky smell especially in the hallways, were unmistakable. According to the plague near the main entrance, the property was completed around the 2000s, that’s time for university graduation if this were a person😀

XXiaoqianquGentle sea breeze and abundant sunshine – whoever says Haikou isn't as good as Sanya for a vacation clearly hasn't experienced it; I think Haikou is great! This hotel offers excellent value for money. For just a few hundred yuan, you get to stay in a beachfront hotel. Although it's been open for several years, and I was prepared for the facilities not to be brand new, I was pleasantly surprised upon checking in – it's actually quite nice. The staff are very welcoming; the cleaning lady always has a smile on her face every day, and the young lady at the front desk is noticeably enthusiastic. Erin's service was also very thoughtful. This place is truly wonderful.
