酒店位於箱根山上，周邊無其他設施，車子一到，服務人員非常熱情的迎接，提行李，然後是接受跪式服務，辦理入住，酒店很新，佈置得很温馨，房間很大，床也大，温泉是奶白色的，很好。酒店包含的早餐和晚餐均是日式料理，很不錯。

獨立的一棟温泉酒店，不是那種很大規模的我估計一共也就十幾間房間最多了。從我們司機送達開始，我們就被照顧的很好，無論是check in的辦理還是晚餐的準時準備，晚上20:00我和先生臨時突發奇想想要看看能否在晴朗夜空看到星空，走到大門口值班的兩位女管家一臉驚訝，一邊擔心我外出會不會太冷（沒穿外套）一邊還給我們拿了店裡的外出拖鞋（對了進門開始就是脱鞋的，類似浴場寄存）一直到離店才會把客人的鞋子準備好歡送客人。房間陽台上有的私人湯泉簡直是太舒服了，很難形容這份雅緻體驗，但借用兒子女兒的話來説，他們會一直記得全家一起室外泡湯的這份經歷，屋外還有一些積雪未融化之時，太美了！
整個屋子榻榻米的設計，但是兩張1.8米大床讓我們2大2小睡的非常非常舒服，孩子們很很很喜歡！

服務一流的溫泉酒店，包一個時段私人溫泉。另外房間也有獨立溫泉。酒店會先問你的到達時間。我們揸車到酒店。到達時已有專人在門口接待。美食精美。

這家酒店服務真的沒話說，服務周到，熱情有禮貌，員工非常細心對待每一位客人。房間也是非常不錯，舒適和空間大，露台還有一個小小的浴池，但是不是天然溫泉。另外，還可以訂私人泡温泉房間，每一個房間的人可以使用45分鐘，有天然溫泉和小小的桑拿室。食物非常美味，新鮮和好吃。所有東西接近完美，只是沒有車接送到火車站，接送車只可以去到附近的公車站（Pola Museum)，，這是美中不足的地方。整體還是非常不錯的

此行最美好的記憶之一，酒店在仙石原，不在箱根最熱鬧的地區，很安靜。我們訂的是65米的房間，房間超大，有私湯，同時可以預訂圖5⃣️的私湯時段，另外還有公共的温泉泡池是24小時開放的。店家服務特別好，環境優雅美好，餐食可口，非常滿意！
