Red Roof Inn & Suites Vineland - Buena

I stayed on and off about a month and it had its ups and downs the location is great the house keeping staff is wonderful not so much management he singled me out gave me a hard time told some of us it’s a 3 week max stay but others didn’t get that when I informed them of mold and water leak he accused me of taking showers and letting the water run out when in fact there’s a leak behind the wall so I used the towels to soak it up they got a little dirty and I was told if this keeps happening I was going to lose my deposit for the towels then when I booked the jacuzzi suite I was told. Dogs are not allowed in suits and if then downgraded my room no reimbursement for the difference and was told I could have the red quilts because once again I would lose the security deposit if the dog or my family gets 1 spec on the white blanket never gave me a red blanket but I didn’t get any specs and the white one 🙀 idk what management had against me but even with the free pet policy and other horrific moments like not getting my jacuzzi suite getting told the only room available was the room that I booked a Jacuzzi suite for because it smelled like mold and it had the water leak issue so then miraculously, they don’t see my booking for the Jacuzzi if they see it for the room that I just had that I already checked out of so they gave somebody else the Jacuzzi suite downgraded me to a white sheet suit that my dog for the first night couldn’t sleep in but then miraculously could as soon as we said, will just pull the booking and cancel then that suit was available had to take a break from there.

It has been a great visit the lady in the office has been very nice and helpful

Very comfy and cozy. Clean. Spacious bathroom. Pet policy is great. Hardwood floors are a plus. Overall very nice.

They said is a smoking free hotel meanwhile my room stinks like a giant ashtray, TV did not work and had to go get downstairs 3 times until they game a master remote control that I had to set up myself and then had to go downstairs again .

There is a $100 deposit cash only that is required to stay if you use your debit card to book the room if you would’ve told me a major credit card I would’ve had to go get the $100 cash that I get back the next day very interesting hotel experience. Also on check out before they let you check out they send somebody to your room to verify that you didn’t do something to your room not quite sure what their past experience was, but maybe they need to not pre-judge all people that stay

Friendly staff and clean for the most part. Tv and shower didn’t work properly. Shower wouldn’t turn past neutral to hot. Maintenance person only available after I checked out.

Wonderful place to stay. Newly renovated, clean, quiet, with great hot water pressure!

Everything was decent except for the ridiculously loud people next to us. Up til midnight and back up at 7am. My kids barely slept. It was terrible and they contacted by the front desk person to quiet down but nothing changed.

room was not cleaned from the previous person. i walked into a dirty room with trash and the bed was used, no clean towels. i checked out the same day, did not even stay there
