剛開始的時候挺好。我也不説什麼，因為畢竟是給長者住的。進房間的規矩都懂。什麼收費，什麼都不收費，也跟長者説過。第一，衞生方面兒咱就不説什麼了。我訂的特價房我知道。床單的破損。擺在明面兒上。廁所的馬桶。我都能忍。本來我覺得挺滿意的，第一天入住的時候，前台的服務還可以。我今天沒有去給長者辦退房。長者自己退的，説我們長者開你們房間大桶水了？退按金磨磨唧唧，還不情願？我昨天晚上剛去的，開沒開我不知道嗎？怎麼著看是外地人欺負欺負嗎？我家長者連桌子上放的免費的礦泉水都沒喝。我給買的農夫山泉都是今天退房的時候帶回來了。你告訴我，你們房間的大桶水用了？我本來想去跟你們好好核對一下。但是在你那兒住了三天了，我去了三天那一桶水都沒動過。最後一天退房了給我家長者説大桶水動了？我們家長者是外地的，語言溝通可能不方便。但肯定不會顛倒事實。一些小事情。不想給差評。
