Yilong Hotel

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in China. The hotel was new and the room was so clean and spacious . Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilities provided were great especially the gym and guest laundry. Great location with metro station just 200m away, near to restaurant, shop, night market and mall. Overall very satisfied with the stay.. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location is alright, easy to find, train station right infront (approx few mins walk). Several strands of ********** found in the toilet of the room, ran out of body lotion for guests, strong cigarette and musky smell in the room as well. The corridor also reeks of cigarette smell. The toilet bowl is also faulty. Water pressure is too large and cannot be adjusted, hence causing splatters of water all over the toilet bowl. Auto-flushes every few minutes and can't be stopped. Can be pretty annoying at night when you are trying to sleep. Attitude of the front-desk agent is compelling. We did notice a difference in the service and attitude provided to local guests and foreign guests. Guest service agent just walked away when we were enquiring about stuff, one word to describe: rude! Definitely not expecting this given that the hotel has rave reviews. Will not recommend and won't be returning to this hotel again. 地点还算可以，容易找到，地铁站就在前面（步行几分钟即可到达）。 房间的厕所里发现了几根**，客房里的身体乳也用完了，房间里还有浓烈的香烟和霉味，走廊也是有很重的烟味。浴室的马桶是智能的，可是水压大太且无处调整，每次都把马桶喷的湿湿的，而且晚上一直自动冲水。每隔几分钟就冲一次。 前台服务员的态度令人难以接受。我们注意到了对本地客人和外国客人提供的服务和态度之间的差异。客户服务代理在我们询问事情时径直走开，只能用一个词来形容：无礼！考虑到酒店拥有如此的好评，我们并没有预料到这一点。 不会推荐并且不会再次光顾这家酒店。

This hotel is really good. Service: Very good, staff are friendly and helpful. Location: Really close to the metro station. Room: Clean, High tech and no smoking smell. Breakfast: Impressive so many things to eat. Overall, if I come to Hangzhou again, I will stay in this hotel.

Clean, new modern hotel. Breakfast is good with variety of choices. The best plus point, located near metro, very convenient. Station : North Jianguo Rd Station, exit C, walk for 2 mins

Great hotel, it could have been 10 out of 10, but I was not satisfied with the cleanliness. My room when I moved in was dirty, and had some strange bad looking liqid marks on the floor. While I was staying, the toilet and the coffee machine went wrong, and the room remained relatively dirty from the beginning to the end. The breakfast for me was not totally satisfying, it was not really tasty and there were not enough options. The meat was especially bad quality for my needs. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.

Excellent hotel in a very good location... five star hospitality... transportation and restaurant.... location everything is fantastic... amazing staff with limited ability for English... but they used the translation app to help their maximum... recommended everyone without doubt and will be back to the hotel next time to Hangzhou again Fantastic

Great hotel. Love the smart/auto bidet function. Location is great, walking distance to metro line 2 & 5.

Compare to the price, it's better than expect. The hotel is very close to metro exit. approx 50 meters.
