行政酒廊對住店旅客提供自助茶歇酒店離機場近，網約車才三十幾塊打車到萬象城也很近
驚喜一:登記完管家給我發訊息説孩子今天生日，還專門做了蛋糕送到房間
驚喜二:還有可愛的蘭博基尼a小牛牛孩子非常喜歡下次來杭州還會選擇這家酒店

住了4晚這家酒店， 早餐還可以，粵菜。 但是對酒店服務不滿意， 我入住前就説了，我是金鑽用户，住好了，我客觀給你們好評。首先我8月30日入住8715，房子裏的浴室淹水， 然後我跌了一跤， 體驗感不好， 9月1日給我們換房到對面6樓，但是明顯房子比原來的小。 於是晚上9點我們找值班經理，注意⚠️是9月1日的， 然後要求給我們一個好房子，磨嘰來磨嘰去，房子不是有煙味，就是有問題，明明攜程上房源充足，非要頂着不給我們好房子，最後給我們了8712。 這個經理是東北口音，男性，身高180。 我不明白，淡季，房子有問題，為什麼不能給我們一個好房子，甚至給我們入住體驗一點適當補償？ 我也不懂為什麼我説了我是攜程金鑽，全部住五星級酒店，我本想給好評，我也在9月1日晚上和值班經理説了，他百般刁難，非要給我們這種體驗，但凡淡季，給我們一件好房子，沒有瑕疵，給我們開心的入住體驗，我們給個好評價不可以嗎？ 來有圖有真相。 洗澡漫出來了。真的不符合這個酒店的初衷。

房間很棒，孩子特別喜歡。要誇誇前台小哥哥，我們11點多回酒店，酒店的餐廳都已經下班了。但孩子餓了，問了前台的小哥哥，他二話沒説，給小朋友承諾一定想辦法幫他熱披薩，還讓我們回去等，隨後專門給我們送到房間。真的感動壞了！！！下次有機會一定還會再去的！

這次的入住我們換了兩次房，心情自然不會太好。為什麼換房呢，第一次：我們先入住了，下樓一趟回房覺得房間有異味，聞着不舒服，這味道怎麼説呢，有點像新房裝修後的味道，但是酒店有一年多了，我想應該不至於，但是就是有。所以我要求換房，酒店管家也很積極，工作人員過來幫我們去換房間，但是在看別的房間的路上，工作人員居然和我説可能要收取清潔費用，當場我就被無語住了，我們入住大概半個多小時，而且住過這麼多酒店，碰到是酒店方面的問題的，從來沒被要求收取清潔費，後來工作人員説那就算了，但是這樣給我們感覺已經不好了。第二次換房：晚上11點多了，我們準備鎖門的時候發現了門鎖壞的，就是那個睡覺反鎖的鏈條鎖，工作人員也很積極過來修理，但是修了一會兒就是修不起來，那個地方就像被破壞過的一樣（我忘了拍照片了）。然後酒店説給我們換房，我都不敢説換房，怕又被要求收清潔費，但是我也肯定不好住這樣被破關過門鎖的房間，我們帶着小朋友。於是晚上11點多我們又一次換房，好多東西拚命理起來換房，真的好麻煩，那麼遲了還有小朋友。工作人員有幫我們一起，這時候態度什麼都是很好的，後來為了表達謙意給我們送了一個眼罩😂但是我對於這個處理結果是不滿意的
作為一家連鎖高級酒店，我覺得品質服務還跟不上
還有酒店的早餐，是自助點餐式的，純點餐，是港式早茶，朋友們千萬不要被網上那些圖欺騙了，乳鴿那些都是自己花錢去吃的早午茶，我們不是得得吃乳鴿，但是有點感覺被欺騙了的感覺
還有就是第一次碰到碰到酒店要求收取洗漱用品拖鞋啊洗髮水啊不夠用要收取費用的，真的第一次碰到
