"My partner and I recently stayed at the Xiyuxi Sky Garden Hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, we were absolutely enchanted by its unique, modern designer aesthetic – it felt incredibly romantic. The buffet offered a rich and diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes, and sharing the delicious food together was incredibly sweet. The sky pool boasts breathtaking, expansive views, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing time with my loved one. Our guest room was spotless, with soft and comfortable bedding. The staff were warm, attentive, and really made our stay enjoyable. This hotel is truly an excellent choice for couples!"

"This was our third time staying at this hotel, and it’s even better after the recent renovation. The whole place has a European feel to it and we loved swimming and relaxing on the deck lounge in the afternoons and enjoying snacks and a glass of wine. The beds are super comfy and we loved having a private balcony with a view of the tea fields. It’s so peaceful and quiet—perfect for escaping the noise of Shanghai. It’s also close to great hiking and running trails, which we really enjoyed. They also have a great coffee machine that makes proper lattes and the staff are so friendly and attentive. This hotel is one of our favourite places to stay—we’ll definitely be coming back again!"

"Nice view, and the place is neat the subway. However, the swim pool is not in the another building, and is not appropriate for the people who wanna “swim”."

"Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions."

"Landison Plaza e-fashion hotel was in a great location close to the Subway and Speed train station and mesmerisingly beautiful park, lake, the moat and Linping Grand Theatre is all in very close proximity. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was kept clean. The choice of restaurants in the hotel and in close proximity was great."

"Let's talk about the good aspects first. 1. The location and environment of the hotel are really good. The room I stayed in is big. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the tea mountain and tea garden is a good mood. 2. Special thanks to the housekeeper Sister Li for her service. She is very warm and sincere. This time I took my parents and the elderly out, Sister Li gave a lot of patience and help. Thank you very much. 3. Green bean soup was given in the evening. Let's talk about the bad aspects: 1. Dinner was eaten at the hotel, and the price was as expensive as that of a tourist attraction. Three people ate nearly 600 yuan, and they didn't dare to order the signature dishes. The pork with preserved vegetables was sold for 98, and it was actually a pre-made dish! It tasted just like the bento bought in the supermarket, only greasy, without the aroma of preserved vegetables, and I didn't know what quality of meat it was. Selling at this price is unbearable. 2. The wifi in the room is extremely difficult to use. You need to register and log in with your mobile phone to have a network. The signal is not stable. You have to log in again every time you reconnect. If you need to handle work in the room, choose carefully. 3. When parking, the front desk did not guide the parking, but only said to turn right to the parking lot. After parking the car, I asked the villagers next to me if it was okay to park the car there. The villagers said it was okay. As a result, when I checked out and was about to leave, a blue electric car blocked my car. I asked the driver to move the car, but the driver actually cursed and said that I parked in the wrong place and why didn't I park when there was so much space next to it. God knows that when I parked, the cars next to me were full. How could I learn to block in front of other cars? Later I found out that the owner of the car was a partner of the hotel's tea factory and worked in the hotel's tea shop. We also bought hundreds of tea leaves, but all we got in return was curses. 4. The deposit is not refunded actively. When I asked why the deposit has not been refunded, the reply was: Have you written a good review? Then, is this a room deposit or a good review deposit?"

"This stay was such a pleasant surprise! I called ahead to request a high-floor room with a view, and the front desk staff not only readily agreed but also proactively informed me upon arrival that my room had been upgraded to a garden-view suite. Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows revealed an expansive garden, and in the evening, the setting sun streamed in, creating a view so beautiful I didn't want to blink. The minibar drinks were all complimentary, and even the bedding was from a well-known brand – these thoughtful details were incredibly impressive. Taking a shower in the evening, I found the hot water was instant and the temperature stable. The bath towels were so thick, almost like small blankets. We were greeted with welcome fruits upon check-in, and before bed, room service even delivered a goodnight drink and local specialty cookies. And the outdoor infinity pool was absolutely fantastic! When checking out the next day, the front desk staff thoughtfully packed two breakfasts for us to take on the road. The service here is truly impeccable. Definitely deserves five stars!"

"The hotel room facilities were great overall. The room had a bathtub, and they even provided disposable bath liners. The hairdryer was powerful, and they even had a special box in the room for takeout. If you're too tired to leave, you can order in and simply dispose of the packaging in the box! Breakfast is served on the 40th floor, and the selection was quite extensive. Just a tip: when heading to breakfast, make sure to take the regular elevator, not the scenic one, as the regular one goes directly to the restaurant. From the breakfast restaurant, you can also enjoy stunning views of Hangzhou's Qiantang River. Finally, a word about the infinity pool bar on the 41st floor! It's incredibly photogenic, perfect for snapping some amazing shots. By day, it's a kid-friendly swimming haven, and in the evening, you can catch the sunset – another perfect opportunity for incredible photos. I checked in past 11 PM, and the friendly front desk staff member quickly got me settled. They offered two complimentary cocktail vouchers, which I couldn't use as I'm pregnant. Thoughtfully, he swapped them for coffee and milk instead. He even came out to guide me to the parking lot! One last tip: when checking out the next day, make sure to disable any auto-pay parking features on your phone first. Then, inform the front desk of your license plate number to get complimentary parking. Otherwise, there might be a mix-up!"

"We were a family of three and the room was large, perfect for the kids. They even provided eye masks, which really shows how attentive the hotel was. They also use SEVENPLUS shower gel, which is exactly the same as Hermès Terre des Terre, and the fragrance is incredibly long-lasting. It's amazing to find authentic products in a hotel like this. The service was also very good, and the scenery was great. It was truly amazing!"
