Overall very good service and location. I'd like to see a bit more variety of food at breakfast in my next visit and dimmer switch lights in the rooms would be also helpful.

Nice hotel with a great location. The room was clean and tidy. I had a hard time finding the tooth brush and towels. Found those by day 2. Luckily I had my own. I was surprised the breakfast did not offer coffee. Everything else was amazing

性價比很高的杭州老三星級酒店，服務很好，地理位置優越，到哪都很方便，門口走出就能看到一片黃黃的楓葉很美。酒店設施雖然不算很新，倒總體還是很好，以後來杭州還會選擇這家酒店入住。

不是會議出行每次去杭州都住這裏，屋內的八仙桌就很有年代感，主打懷舊情懷。23年前在這邊上大學，那時這邊還叫專家樓。早上還跑西溪路吃了一份早餐，吃了心心念念幾十年的糯米飯糰。帶孩子體驗大學時偶爾的體育課，爬保俶山到初陽台、保俶塔。在山上俯瞰西路，下山直達蘇堤。我們還徒步到武林門碼頭坐水上巴士

酒店位置很好找，因為有點趕時間，所以提打電話給酒店前台問能不能早點入住，工作人員張姐姐服務很好，馬上給我安排了房間，約定了時間，而且還幫我還升級了房型，服務很貼心，感謝。到店辦理入住速度很快，效率很高，還有送歡迎水果，衞生乾淨，很用心的服務。😌😌體驗下來很nice

在附近見客户找的酒店，整體感受很好！
設施：酒店大堂乾淨整潔，邊上有個小書吧，在這裏談事情讀書很合適。
衞生：不論是房間還是公共區域，衞生都很乾凈，尤其是房間洗手間在商務酒店裡麪算是很良心了。
環境：酒店的交通還是很方便的，500米不到就有公交站，附近也有地鐵，距離商圈很近，打車起步價就夠了！
服務：服務很好，尤其是前台服務，我們到酒店的時候人還挺多的，服務人員也沒有不管我們，告訴我們可以在邊上坐一下，一會兒叫我們。等了沒多久就輪到我們了，還挺快的～
這個酒店是下次再來還會住的，不錯

第一次入住圓正賓館，在學校上課，酒店到學校很方便，步行五分鐘就到了，前台服務很好，入住時還介紹了很多附近的餐廳和景點，值得推薦。👍
