Old hotel and renovated. Checked in past midnight and room AC was broken and after loading many luggages by ourself (no room boy service but trolley available) and back and forward downstair with translation google to communicate, we moved and change room.
Location far from center.

The Manager - Wendy is very helpful and supportive. She always prioritize customer first , which is a must attitude for successful hotel management strategy.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
Value for money deal.
Breakfast includes all which a person requires in breakfast meal.
This hotel is now always on my card when visiting Hangzhou.

The air conditioner was broken and had to be repaired at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. After checking out, I complained and made various excuses. The service is poor. Employees and guests share a shared elevator. The elevator is originally high and slow. During meal time, a waiter came in from the first floor and chatted loudly in the elevator.
