這次體驗簡直糟透了！這旅店完全名不副實！
首先房間環境一言難盡，房屋設施老舊，感覺房間的歷史比景區還悠久，空調是壞的一會出冷風一會出熱風。
環境差可以忍，但是老闆的人品更讓我大開眼界，租了兩天時間，第二天想要退掉，跟我們説先把房退了，退了後又跟我們説衹能退部分（退之前沒有説明），且如果想重新入住又要多付清理費。
從未有過如此惡劣的體驗，第一次感覺厚顏**這個詞如此具像化。
省流：這輩子沒吃過虧想吃一吃的可以來，或者沒受過氣想試一試的可以來。

非常滿意第一次入住體驗，這個民宿非常贊，裏面環境特別乾淨，坐落西湖邊上，環境也很安靜且很便利，生活物資一應俱全很方便！門把鎖也很智能，總之性價比高高啦！而且服務到位，超級好，非常體貼，有問必答。體驗感真的太棒了，下次還會繼續來住！

房間的位置非常好，走路不到五分秒鐘就到西湖岸邊。岸邊正好是柳浪聞鶯公園，24小時開放的免費公園。這裡有個碼頭可以去三潭映月。遊玩西湖是最好的位置啦！
民宿樓下就有幾個水果商店，還有早餐店，超市，和好幾個餐館，買東西也很方便。
房間有兩個大床，還有一個梳化床，3-6人都可以住。床非常大，被單床單都用的一次性的，很乾凈衞生。
總之這次入住的體驗非常好，各方面都太方便啦！

地理位置方便，出行便利。
當然也因為地理位置便利在西湖周邊，小區、房間空調比較老舊，房間就不要有太高期待，勝在出行位置便利
