Stayed 1 night in twin room. Room is clean and basic. Breakfast is not really good. Location is in front of metro. Service is efficient and special mention for Tiki for helping us with the laundry and language issue with restaurant ordering.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hangzhou—it’s by far the best hotel I’ve experienced! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The environment was exceptionally comfortable, with well-designed rooms that made me feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the strategic location. It’s within walking distance of the metro station, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provides top-notch facilities, and I was particularly impressed by the smart toilet bowl, which added an extra touch of luxury to the stay. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. Amazing stay at at beautiful hotel in a local housing estate not far from the Metro station which brings us to places of interests in 2-3/4 stops. Metro system in HZ is very effective and the lines overlaps and we can change to various lines conveniently! Visited all the places of interests and also local night markets and outlet store. The restaurants beside the hotel serves delicious food for lunch we had the self served meal right next to hotel. For supper we tried the restaurant 2 stores beside the hotel! Supermarkets and pharmacy around the estate also. Explore the local shops and grab some burger and fruits! The hotel has a cafe and we enjoyed the lattes that they serve! Hotel has a laundry room but only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer so it was abit inconvenient as we had to move the laundry. If it was a 2 in 1 washer and dryer that’d be better. I was lucky to use when it was empty as after me there were 2 ppl who wanted to use but had to wait. We had a loft room and my 12 year old slept upstairs comfortably. Abit dangerous for younger kids as it’s quite steep and slippery at the steps. Bed and beddings are comfortable and new! Shower and toilet are separate and abit small but functional! All good! And we highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hang Zhou!

We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its convenient location, right next to the train station and just one stop away from Hangzhou Railway Station, made traveling incredibly easy. I especially enjoyed the scenic riverside view right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated the added convenience of the laundry room, which is a thoughtful service for guests. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort.

All in all a good hotel. The room was clean and the staff were mostly friendly. I arrived at midnight so the front desk staff who checked me in was a bit grumpy (understandable I guess) but also wouldn’t come help me with the air conditioner so that ******. Once we figured out the AC and wifi the stay was generally good. The location is good too if you wish to take the bus or metro, the stations are nearby. Overall good value for money.
