Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Helped us to reserve restaurant and to purchase wheelchair online. Got a box of fruits as departure gift. Very nice place to stay.

The location not very good, need to pass by underpass to metro station, no lift or escalator,not convenient with luggage.

We had a amazing stay in this hotel. Very convenient, fresh and comfortable! Rooms are good in size and price is very decent for Hangzhou. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hangzhou next time!

才開了一個月左右，酒店設計風格我很喜歡。有紗窗，可以放心開窗透氣。房間乾淨衞生，服務周到。8531房間氛圍燈串聯衞生燈問題已向前台反映，希望會跟進整改。另外餐廳衞生待提高，早餐品類待增加，烘培類麪包不錯，不過吃完就不補充了。裝開水的水機是沒水的等等，希望能改進。

房間面積比圖片上看着大，主要是地理位置不錯，離西湖真的很近，早餐也可以，房間還有小糖果🍬。大堂裏有真橘子，所以大堂的味道很清新很好聞

酒店很新，房間乾淨，洗澡水很大。雖然新裝修，但是房間還可以，沒什麼味道，地理位置特別好，距離地鐵站步行3分鐘左右，走到西湖十多分鐘，距離銀泰等商圈也步十多分鐘的距離。來旅遊住這裏很方便。7樓的房間，窗外還能遠眺到山景和遠處的城隍閣。房間有小冰箱，方便存放飲料和水果，酒店還有橘子味的軟糖，小餅乾和橘子，很喜歡。以後再來杭州還會選這家。

以前去北京住過桔子酒店，對它印象很好，所以這次去杭州也直接訂它。酒店很新，非常乾淨，工作人員態度也好。這裏走出門口就是公交車站，走前一個路口是地鐵1號線定安站。去西湖銀泰滴滴都是20元以內。我去機場坐地鐵直接叫車去半個多鍾也很快。
