I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at Haoyi Hotel. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Whether it was helping with check-in, giving clear directions, or answering my questions with patience, their hospitality truly stood out. They made me feel welcome not just as a guest, but as someone they genuinely cared about. I’m very impressed by their courtesy and efficiency, and I’d like to sincerely thank the front desk team for creating such a pleasant atmosphere. Their service made my stay at Haoyi Hotel all the more enjoyable, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Simple no frill tourist hotel near west lake. Takes 15 min to walk to West Lake (Lotus area entrance). The lady at the Venice restaurant seating guests for breakfast even remembered our group on the 2nd day and seated us quickly. Breakfast options are adequate though not glamourous like 5 star hotels. Just good enough to start the day and not indulgent. Area of improvement: The hotel did not allow cars to stop in front of the main entrance even though there was space for one car. We arrived during a heavy downpour and were all wet scrambling from the taxi on the side of the road to enter the hotel.

The hotel is located directly next to exit D2 of Fengqi station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. On the first night, I had an issue with the shower hose and didn't sleep well due to a hard mattress and old pillows. I communicated with a translation app and a staff member was quick to solve this situation the following day by upgrading me to a more comfortable room and really thankful for their effort and quick response. Breakfast is on the 12th floor starting from 6:30 am and everything is freshly made with lots of choices. Longxiangqiao station area is a very vibrant and colourful spot which is worth a visit at night. From Ding'an road station, you can walk about 15 mins for a free visit at the Song Dynasty historical building. The west lake ticket show ”Enduring memories of Hangzhou” should also be on your bucket list. Overall, a memorable stay in Hangzhou and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very convenient location, great view of the beautiful West lake. Friendly staffs who aimed to provide pleasant experience for the customer. Wide spread of choice for breakfast at the 20th floor revolving restaurant, with the great view of West lake. Restaurant is very crowded during peak hour, not a big concern for us as we time our breakfast accordingly.

Stayed at this hotel during my visit to Hangzhou and couldn’t have asked for a better location—right outside the metro station, with easy access to Hangzhou East Train Station and Xiaoshan Airport. There’s a shopping mall just steps away, making everything super convenient. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to an executive queen room, which was spacious and well-appointed. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Overall, a smooth, comfortable stay with great value and unbeatable convenience.

Rooms were spotless, cosy, and quiet, with super-comfy beds and stunning west lake views. A special shout out to the front counter 小盛 proactive assistance at checkout, ensuring everything was perfect before departure. Perfect mix of luxury and heartfelt service. Extended my stay from yesterday.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hangzhou Hyatt Hotel. The location is excellent—conveniently close to West Lake and major attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with stunning views and thoughtful amenities. Service was top-notch; staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Western and local options. Overall, a seamless and comfortable experience—highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The room is clean and fully equipped with smart system control to lighting, temperature and mirror. 5. There is a robot for food delivery to the room. 6. A nice quiet reading area on the same floor as the lobby area.

Best place to stay in Hangzhou city. Nearby shopping mall, west lake and walking distance to metro station. Easy to get Didi also. Great location. The room is spacious, comfy and good service. Everyday hotel will make up the bedroom and change the towel. Recommended hotel and if I visit Hangzhou again, I will stay this hotel 🥰

Facilities: The hotel has been newly renovated, and the room I stayed in was in Building 1, which is novel and tasteful. There is a parking lot for convenience. The air conditioner in the room blows fast and the temperature is suitable. The garden inside is very quiet, the bathroom is dry and wet separated, and the TV screen is large with many programs. Hygiene: The room was clean and the amenities were complete. Environment: The unique location on the West Lake, one minute to the dock, nearby subway and bus to the scenic area or East Station Airport are very convenient. Service: The front desk manager, Mr. Li, provided excellent service. He greeted us warmly and proactively. There was a robot to help deliver items to our room. The experience was very good. I recommend staying here.
