I would suggest that the apartment be cleaned better. There's no reason why there should be cockroaches crawling on the floor at night. That's unacceptable. Also the main entrance door should be checked, because the alarm keeps going off from the door handle. A nice coat of paint would be nice to update the condition of the walls and maybe some picture frames in the bedrooms. Because the bedrooms look very boring. I also suggest better communication with the host. I've already sent the messages extending my stay, but yet at the host response in a way that makes me feel that either he or she does not understand Me or is contradicting what my requests are.

A bit more expensive than I would expect to pay for the quality received. But I appreciate the effort. I do suggest a better cleaning procedure. More thorough.

The host is very friendly and helpful. Clean apartment with cleaning service available on every other day. Amenities are enough for our stay. The location is good, not too far from Old Quarter (by car), but away from the hustle and bustle. We are glad to see the NY fireworks from our apartment. Thank you very much for hosting us.
