Livie Hanoi HAM Long

Please don't book here at the moment. We had three nights of no sleep. Construction going from 6am till 10am one night. We were on the 6th floor and it felt like they were in the room. I'm REALLY NOT JOKING. We did complain but nothing they could do. If they had told us we wouldn't have booked there. About the booking. We booked the room because it's fairly close to the centre. The room is decent enough but the bathroom is a bit outdated now. Could do with being freshened up a bit. TV worked but no channels so pointless really. Iron broken and fridge needed a clean.

The rooms are really nice and spacious with a great view street from the room. We were very impressed with the spacious apartment, large bathroom, washer/dryer, good kitchen . We really recommended this airbnb for everyone. Hope to comeback again

The room is quite bit and roomy however there was no natural light at all and windows didn't open - unlike the photos. I liked the door having a key pad rather than a key. We booked this room because of the size and it has a washer and dryer - the dryer was broken and didn't work. I asked for an additional towel but was told only 1 towel per person, no handtowels or face washers were provided. The sponges for washing dishes need to be replaced as they were not clean. The size of the room was good, the bathroom was a good size too. Construction was going on next door and commenced at 10pm which was quite annoying for hours.

I stayed for a r 2 weeks at LIVIE Ham Long. It was a great stay and the management of this property were very responsive in attending to our needs. We managed to change rooms during the middle of our stay as the construction next door got a bit too much. This was a great place to stay for an extended period of time as it had a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer. The room in generally is much larger than a hotel at around 50 sqm and there's plenty of room to move about. Room keeping was twice a week and the location was unbeatable. Very close to chic cafes and lots of eating options. Also a short stroll to Hoàn Kiem lake of you fancy a run or a walk at night. I also really liked the pin code entry as there's never the risk of forgetting your key card I have to stress though that this is not a hotel but more a serviced apartment. There are no pools or gym nor a concierge but it's a perfect place if you wanted to stay like you would at home.
