We arrived very late and they could check us in anyway. The room was ok, nothing fancy but very spacious. We did not see the owner/ manager but it was easy to communicate via WhatsApp. It’s a good place in a very good location to discover the city

The hotel in the alley of the downtown area is surrounded by the famous Hanoi Cathedral and surrounded by food, snacks and shopping businesses. It is a good place to stay.

Although it is difficult to find in the alley, the room is clean and the customer service staff at the counter are friendly. Hot water is available quickly when taking a shower (about 2 minutes). There are also many restaurants and attractions nearby. I think it is very good and I will stay here next time.

I booked this hotel and was told that because I was staying for a day, I would be moved to the queen's hotel and spa. The clerk said it was owned by her family! There is no lift. If you live in room 101, everyone will pass by this room! The room is broken and the window cannot be closed. The bathroom is broken! It was only a few degrees that day and it was so cold that I didn’t want to look any further. This store was oversold! I don’t recommend booking with her store!

The hotel was located in a convenient location, close to St. Joseph's Cathedral and a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. There were plenty of places to eat near the hotel as well as money exchange places and tour offices just down the street. It could be a little noisy at night with sounds of speaking and various activities coming in from the street, but I think you would find this anywhere in the Old Quarter.
