I found that they were treating me exceptionally well here at this property. From the moment I checked in, I was being upgraded. How they made me feel was that I was truly valued as a guest of the hotel which is quite uncommon actually in Vietnam. Because many locally run hotels prioritize cost efficiency and raw profit over ethics and opinions. Such boutique hotels can be exceptionally pricey and in my opinion usually aren’t as advertised and have comparatively smaller rooms and facilities. If you stay on a low day, you get amazing rates that compete directly with those Vietnamese boutique hotels in old quarter. And it’s a great time to come here and enjoy. Rooms are very spacy and the breakfast was amazing too. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Just a casual comment, this lake like many others in Hanoi is smelling terrible at points closer to land. I think Vietnam in general needs to work on pollution control.
Appreciation for Excellent Service at
Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72
I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service my family and I received during our six-day stay at the Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72. My daughter was participating in a math competition, and we found the environment at the Lounge on the 71st floor to be peaceful and comfortable for her to study during the first two days.
For the remaining four days, we spent a lot of time at the Lounge and the 3spoons Restaurant on the 62nd floor, as my daughter preferred the hotel's food. I was amazed by the attentiveness and politeness of the staff, who took the time to introduce us to the restaurant's ambiance and cuisine.
One particular incident stood out to me when my daughter's favorite sushi was out of stock. The restaurant staff promptly prepared it for us and delivered it to our table, showing their dedication to serving every guest with care.
I would like to extend a special thank you to the service team members Hong, Dieu, Thao, and their colleagues. Your professionalism and helpfulness did not go unnoticed, and you truly deserve recognition for your outstanding service.
Thank you once again for making our stay memorable.
