Harbin Time Stay Apartment

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right next to a subway entrance, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room was decorated so warmly and invitingly, and even the hidden corners were spotless. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful service, which made me feel very welcome. I'll definitely be back!

The accommodation was spacious and clean. The heating in winter was excellent, with floor heating throughout. It was also very convenient for getting around, just a 4-minute walk to the subway station. The view was amazing, with the Dragon Tower visible! Both the evening and morning views were outstanding! The room was full of sunlight, and the service was excellent! Even though we're Malaysian and don't have Chinese phone numbers, the front desk staff were willing to help us order takeout! Their service was thoughtful; they even helped us sign for packages when we weren't at the hotel for a few days! There are also plenty of delicious and affordable restaurants across the street, offering generous portions! A washing machine was also provided, so you don't have to worry about dirty clothes. If I could give 10 stars, I would! However, I have a small suggestion: perhaps a microwave could be provided so we could heat up food. The snowy landscape was romantic and beautiful. If you love enjoying snow scenes with the Dragon Tower, this is definitely your top choice! Great value with a beautiful view!

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious, bright, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, so I slept soundly. The service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

I wouldn't have picked this hotel if I hadn't needed to quickly book a nearby place for an urgent check-in, especially traveling with a child. The washing machine in our room leaked, flooding the hallway. My child slipped and fell while getting a power bank, hitting their head and injuring their legs. We didn't ask the hotel for medical compensation, but when we requested a room change, the new room was incredibly dilapidated with holes in the walls. If it hadn't been so late at night, I would have really given the hotel a piece of my mind. It's just very run-down. I don't recommend staying here.
