去哈爾濱衹要是非特殊情況都會住他家，大概住了四五次吧。因為距離朋友家比較近，朋友推薦的説環境不錯
之前一直住精品房，這次定的普通房，前台非常好！！！收拾衞生的阿姨也非常好！！！都非常耐心且態度非常好！
到了的時候有空房收拾完衞生，但是床單沒來得及換，需要等待，前台先是説給我們開個雙床，收拾完衞生換完床單我們再調過去，我同意了並説想要離電梯遠一些，前台解釋這個房間就是挨着電梯，我表示那我立刻重新定精品房，前台思考了一下告訴我們幫我免費升級，不用重新定了，也因為現在普通房沒法入住。無論怎樣，真的太感謝啦，感覺自己很幸運！
打掃衞生阿姨也非常好，我們準備退房的時候遇到了，告訴她要退房可以去檢查房間了，並提出想要兩瓶水，還沒來得及説可以付費，就非常爽快就給了
最主要還是酒店管理的好，應該是非常注重顧客感受的一家店，還是會繼續去的，當然啦，知道了房型差別後就會堅定的訂精品房了
