衞生特別乾淨，沒有灰塵，周邊各種小吃，屬於中心位置，前台姐姐態度温和可親，房間還配有小杜，挺好玩的，一次完美的體驗！

考試過來訂的酒店，環境不錯呦，前台小姐姐服務也非常好，有問題及時給予解答！唯一不足的就是屋裡有點涼，開空調暖風説是啟動慢，但是壓根就不好使😅，就這麼冷了一宿，其他沒得説，希望再改進一下吧～

辦入住的時候兩個年紀稍大的前台對現金按金嗤之以鼻😢
晚上十一點多洗澡的時候，水是涼的，要放很久很久才會温，也僅僅是温，一點都不熱，説什麼二十四小時熱水啊😧？
而且晚上一點左右，四樓走廊有很大的爭吵聲，*** 這樣子的話，斷斷續續吵了十分鐘。
住了一晚上，一共接觸了兩個保潔都很好，退房的時候前台也很好。

房間不錯、乾淨衞生、就是酒店停車場很小、車都要停到馬路對面，還有就是早餐品種很少、拉低了酒店整體質量。

設施：設施還算新，使用起來也還可以
衞生：衞生作為四星真的很差，房間內的浴袍是臟的，馬桶蓋上有臟的，我自己用酒精濕巾擦乾淨的。而且一次性的馬桶坐墊竟然要收費！收費也就罷了，一個塑料連布的都沒用竟然還要三元，而且沒有固定的很容易粘在身上然後帶到馬桶裏。很無語。。。
環境：整體的環境還算可以，大廳走廊沒什麼異味
服務：看簡介裏説有管家服務，沒看到。從入住到離開，全程衹看到了前台和保潔。

挺好的，比較乾淨，早餐吃着也行。住在以前家的對面和就讀小學的旁邊，十分感慨。兜兜轉轉，人還是有難以割捨的回憶。

設備很好，但是房間的下水道反味嚴重，不知道是什麼原因，其他的這次旅程比較匆忙，沒有很好的體驗，服務很好，説話温柔點就更好了。

第一次到哈爾濱的阿城區，就選擇了住在這個酒店，酒店的周圍設施還算可以，早餐周圍有很多有點像小吃部這類的比較多，有粥有包子什麼都有，所以我沒有在酒店裡用早餐，而是到外面去吃了頓早餐
