I am a repeated customer of this property. Everything meets my expectation except the following :
—the air con in the gym does not function well. So it’s quite stuffy there and not good for exercise . In fact I brought up the matter a few times over my past few trips to London but the situation has not been improved .
—- the door of the apartment is difficult to open. Instead of conventional door handle , one needs to use a small switch with very sharp edges and corners to open the door. Although the door design looks niche , it’s not too practical..

設施：非常完備，很新！
衞生：很乾凈！每天的保潔都很nice
環境：環境很好，很安靜，酒店周圍有很多餐廳，還有Tesco、Waitrose這些超市，買東西什麼的很方便。樓下走幾步就是underground，出行也很方便，距離很多著名景點都蠻近的特別是自然歷史博物館，走十分鐘左右就到啦～
服務：很好！reception工作人員態度很好，很熱情

非常好的酒店公寓，交通方便，樓下就是地鐵，去哪兒都方便，倫敦最舒服酒店，設施服務非常棒！每間卧室都帶獨立衞生間，非常贊！

非常推薦的公寓。新裝修不久，大堂很氣派，房間內設施也很好，廚房設備齊全，鍋碗刀叉都配置了。主卧寬敞、還帶不小的衣帽間。次卧二張單人床、稍微小一點、但也足夠。客廳很寬敞、帶圓形餐桌。客廳和主卧帶陽台。廚房明亮寬敞、配洗碗機、咖啡機、洗衣機、乾衣機。廚房旁邊帶小衞生間（二個卧室均帶衞生間，一個淋雨、一個浴缸，所以整個公寓有三個衞生間）。門廳佈置也很氣派。公寓出門二三分鐘就是地鐵站、waitrose超市。可以步行去肯辛頓宮和維多利亞博物館。 實際比照片看上去更好。

很適合一家人慢節奏的旅行方式！ 公寓地處肯辛頓住宅區，周邊社區治安和配套完善。出門就是地鐵，去哪裡都很方便！我們很喜歡走路去V&A博物館和海德公園和哈羅德百貨，晚上喜歡坐地鐵去西區看劇。公寓的條件很好，廚房寬敞明亮、設備一應俱全。主卧的床很舒服，衞生間出水大但很軟。總之我們一家人非常喜歡，下次去倫敦還會首選。
