No hot water. As a result, had to cancel on dinner because couldn’t shower on time for it. Had to wait 1 hour from check in time for hot water to start working but it’s not very hot and therefore cannot use the number one amenity, the jetted heart shaped hot tub.

We booked the champagne tower suite wo high is huge. The activities on the resort property are great. But I feel the rooms need to be updated as they look really old.

The front desk staff member did not have the knowledge to properly check us in. She did not know how to run the credit card machine. After waiting for 20 mins someone finally helped out.
My biggest issue was no heat in the bathroom. We call the fronts desk Friday when we arrived about no heat in the bathroom. We were told to turn the heater on in the wall and wait for the heater to start working. We could not use the heart shaped tub due to it being too cold in the bathroom. We we took a shower Friday it was difficult due to the cold. We we got up Saturday and took showers again it was extremely cold and horrible. We left to go snowboarding hoping when we returned the heat would be working in the bathroom. When we returned from snowboarding, there was still no heat in the bathroom. We call the front desk again and was told maintenance would come. We waited an hour and no maintenance. We called again and maintenance came about 10 mins later. Maintenance stated he would give us a space heater. He brought back the space heater and we were able to utilize the heart shaped tub late Saturday.
The front desk seemed so unconcerned about the heat issue. We paid a lot of money to stay on the property and utilize what was available to us. It's disappointing that we were not able to enjoy the room like we would have liked.

Stay was just ok.Check in was fine and service at check in was great.Room had a couple problems but we were moved and giving a basket of goodies for our trouble.Room was nice enough,still out dated but nice.I only ordered the breakfast due to the last time we stayed my chicken came out looking like a hockey puck,even the waitress said she could not believe they sent that out.After 2 calls and the lady at check in offering dinner and assuring us that they have a great new chef since we stayed last we decided to try it one night of the stay $80 wasted!!.My beef filet *****s I ordered medium they came out damn near raw with one side brown and the other looking like it never seen heat!!My girlfriend ordered chicken Marsala cause it's her favorite and neither of us liked it even a little.Her vegetable of the day we're green beans and carrots and I could hear her biting into the carrots they were soooo hard.Both tables beside us had the same vegetables and not a 1 of the 4 ate theirs either.My scalloped potatoes and cheese cake were good..lol..SMH!!!

It was so so coldd we was frizzing, we orderd for wood fire it took 1 hour and a half to bring to to room I had to go and take in front desk, and I called twice to ask like where is my order we are frizzing in here , she was like rude at phone saying “ we have a lot of rooms that have to be get them done “ just very beautiful place with no service it was so cold

Lots to do! We didn’t leave our room much because we came for the in-suite pool & hot tub, but it’s a whole resort with lots of places to explore. The dinners were delicious & even the salad bar had lots of options (tortellini, cheeses and meats, salad, etc.) Live music in the restaurant. Staff was friendly & room was beautiful. Thank you for a unique, romantic experience!

The place was nice getaway but the room looked a little bland and the food wasn’t great. The room did have a nice starlit ceiling. We enjoyed the heart shape jacuzzi and the massages.
