However, the luggage of my car stopped for two nights and was not stolen, indicating that it was safe. There is a supermarket within a four minute drive. The younger brother at the front desk helped to carry the luggage. It was very warm and praised.

I book hotels that provide free airport shuttles when I'm not renting a car. This hotel advertises free airport shuttle on their web site and I booked directly through ihg.com. Upon arrival at 12:30 a.m. at LAX, I called the hotel for my ride, as I usually do, only to be informed that there is no shuttle service because of COVID and I had to find my own way to the hotel at my own expense. Are you kidding me? Took over an hour for me to get to the hotel because of a shortage of Uber & Lyft drivers, and at LAX you have to be bussed to a separate area for ride services. The round trip Lyft ride was $48. False advertising is not legal. This location is in the ghetto, so don't stay here. There's a lot of scumbags walking the perimeter of the hotel, and I felt very unsafe.
