設施相對齊全，衞生相對整潔乾淨，周圍的環境説不上太好，不屬於鬧市區，比較安靜！服務比較不錯，前台的小姐姐挺有禮貌的！高空俯視的感覺不錯，中秋節入住的酒店，酒店沒有贈送節日的小餐盤，有點小遺憾了！整體感覺還是不錯的！

住了好幾次就是因為環境還有房間是喜歡的風格，前台的一帆小祥每次也熱心的迎接，推薦各種周邊 不錯的小吃，早餐也很好

號稱是鶴壁最高的酒店，位置和房間舒適度還不錯，但整體服務真的太拉垮，河景房的大玻璃很臟，導致看窗外總是霧濛濛的，所謂的健身房就是在一個沒有空調的大平層上擺了幾個簡單的器材，洗衣房就是在一個空房間了放了個洗衣機🙄住宿期間想借前台電腦五六分鐘改個PPT不給用，指甲劈了想問前台借指甲刀也沒有，最後一天因為在外面等人辦事回不去退房，住三天了連一個小時都不多等，非要進屋清東西，無奈衹能續住了仨小時，最最最離譜的是房間被打掃之後，丟了一件真絲吊帶睡裙，找前台反饋，得到的迴應是“我們這兒的阿姨不會拿客人東西”，話裏話外意思是我在沒事找事，如果不是丟的這麼蹊蹺，我何必自找麻煩呢，畢竟這東西到我退房都沒找到，也沒人再幫忙找。
總而言之，服務根本配不上四星，快捷酒店都比這兒強。如果有下次，肯定不會再住了。

我真的不知道哪來的這麼高評價，回京路上隨手定的一家。但沒想到踩雷了。
房間設施陳舊根本不像才裝2年的，反正維護的不好。前台和走廊還做了空氣處理，但是一進房間一股臭味，不是下水道反味兒。是人的味道抽煙之類的，而且窗户是封閉的沒法打開，窗户臟的根本就不忍直視。酒店不是獨立的，是大樓的32到37層。比起硬件軟件就更別提了，前台服務有待提高，比起一般快捷酒店都差，就更別提星級了。晚上電視看不了給前台打電話，居然回覆是不會調，説會調的下班了，真是無語😒。早餐更是別提了，餐具全帶水，到了幾次還有，衞生真是問題，而且沒啥吃的，東西不新鮮。看起來
全臟臟的，唯一的優點是房間面積夠大。建議自駕還是住高速路口希爾頓歡朋吧，這家不用提前
定，晚上賣的比我定的還便宜

酒店位於鶴壁會展中心金融大廈，離鶴壁東站挺近，交通也很便利；前台的接待王敏服務非常貼心，辦理入住也十分高效。酒店房間舒適，設施很新但完全沒有新裝修的異味；客房位於32層至35層，視野十分開闊開闊，非常推薦的一家酒店。

酒店很棒，視野特別好，風景盡收眼底，房間很大，晚上很安靜，服務很好，管家式服務，提供小食，水果，因為疫情早餐送到房間，約定好的幾點很準時，感覺流程上很規範，特別是工作人員小麗和明珠，服務熱情，幫忙挑選房間，推薦入住
