給家人訂的。酒店衞生不錯，設施也比較新，最大優點就是位於市中心，江邊和早市都很近，公交去黑河站、大黑河島也很方便，衹是黑河打車也不貴，基本去哪都是打車。
提兩點意見：
1.三人間而且是三床房，衹提供兩份早餐，不是很理解。
2.房間沒有電話，有事找服務員衹能用手機打給前台，比較少見。

雲朵酒店的位置很好，離江邊隔一條馬路，屬於鬧中取靜的地方，樓下停車場很大，方便自駕遊客人，酒店很新，設施不錯也衞生乾淨，因為喜歡黑河，我們又續住一晚。酒店提供早餐，衹是沒有餐廳，早餐是酒店提供的外賣，也算方便了客人。

這是必須五星好評的一家店，性價比超高。酒店位置很好，離江邊很近，散步遊玩都很方便，離花園路早市也不遠，購物很方便。樓下停車位很多，適合自駕者。酒店有電梯，套房空間夠大，床品不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，衞生挺好，窗台還能放小件物品，特別適合帶孩子出遊的人。

定的是套房，房間比較大，設施簡潔。位置離江邊不遠。早餐是按位定的簡餐，我們沒吃。離步行街很近，吃飯也方便。建議去阿穆爾西餐廳，阿穆爾沙拉🥗和菲力牛排非常好吃，價格便宜。列娜的西餐太膩了！

套房房間很敞亮，住得非常舒服。
設施：有停車場，設施齊全，床也很舒服。但是乾濕不分，後面在施工，據説在蓋食堂。
環境：江邊、中央大街都很近。鬧中取靜。
衞生：還行，第一天地漏有些堵了，牆上還有遺留的垃圾，服務員説這是清潔阿姨的工作。她不管。前台所有事情都是説清潔阿姨是新來的，都是她的責任……一個清潔負責整個賓館的所有房間，打掃不好就被説，真是個可憐的人。
服務：非常差，尤其是那個年長的***。我們來時説好原房續住第三晚同樣價格含餐308，提前一天付款就行。結果早上起來翻臉不認，328不含餐，要不就自己網上訂。而且還覺得我們第二天308太便宜了，居然私自取消我們早餐。一大早和她大吵一架，就讓我們等着有了再給我們。她説因為我們的房費便宜所以她覺得我們不用給早餐。早餐配送的一點點鹹菜+一根油條+一小盒粥，一個成年人也吃不飽，但是這個不講誠信的服務實在太噁心！
似乎房間的用品也是有要求要省點兒放，要了再給些，比如衞生紙，衹有一卷+半卷，要了再翻着白眼給一個。
