There were no towels in the room, but the lobby and the room were not in the same building, so I was too lazy to look for the front desk. The food in this Bavarian manor is expensive and terrible, and the two loud speakers by the river are really outrageous and noisy, creating no atmosphere for fun at all.

We were on a family trip and it felt average. The service quality needs to be improved.
